 + -1 moreThe move out of our home went smoothly, but there were extra added costs that were not disclosed to us for packaging and unloading of the furniture into their warehouse which really increased the overall costs. Then, when the movers were moving our furniture out of storage into our new home, they complained because it was two stories and immediately started soliciting for tips and commented on adding extra cost for the second floor. Also, they were sloppy when moving furniture into the house, ie. hardwood floors got scratched and walls got dirty and scratched. Some china and glassware was broken. Lastly, the grandfather clock was damaged and required repair.
Description of Work: Workers disassembled, packed and moved our furniture and boxes into storage and then into our new home once it was ready. Furniture was in storage about three weeks.

 + -1 moreALL ITEMS WERE WRAPPED CAREFULLY. THEY WORKED HARD AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME AT THE TIME SCHEDULED AND WERE CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE WALLS OR FURNITURE. OVERALL IT REALLY WAS A GREAT JOB.
Description of Work: EXPRESS MOVERS MOVED ALL OF OUR FURNITURE FROM OUR HOME INTO STORAGE AND KEPT THE FURNITURE WHILE WE WAITED FOR CONSTRUCTION TO BE COMPLETED ON OUR NEW HOME.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL, AND ON TIME. THEY WORKED HARD, AND THEY WERE WILLING TO MOVE ITEMS TO OUR SPEC'S. THEY WERE NEAT AND CLEAN, AND TOOK ALL DEBRIS WITH THEM.
