Mold was discovered in our kitchen, shower and hall closet. We entertained 5 bids, but found that Sky Blue's price was the most competitive. Plus, Bryan was extraordinarily patient, knowledgeable, and stayed for quite some time during his review of our property to answer all of our questions. We had never gone through a mold remediation, and I must say, if Bryan hadn't been available almost every day to update us and walk us through the process, we would have been much more distressed. Bryan always answered the phone when we called, or called immediately after we left a voicemail. He couldn't have been more responsive, and for that, we are extremely grateful. He also understood that we were on a very tight budget. So, even when he issued a change order after we discovered more mold, he kept the cost to a minimum and authorized work above and beyond the scope of the change order. The work was good, but we did have one small issue with it. While removing the mold, Bryan's crew cut out a portion of our studs without reinforcing them. Thankfully, it was not a bearing wall, but if it had been, we would have had some problems. Barring that, it was a fantastic experience, and we felt great knowing that Bryan was there for us.

Sky Blue came to house and found mold in several places -- some visible and some not. The guys were very careful with the removal of dry wall and some wood flooring. I was happy with how clean they were and their professional/positive attitude. Bryan was very patient with us and answered all our questions. They came in and did a stellar job!
