Rapid Plumbing

The repairman was an hour and a half late to the appointment because the office had a "meeting." This was an appointment -- not a "window. of time" After deciding that he needed to replace the bathroom faucet, he had to go and get the part. He was gone for another hour and a half. My husband overheard him on the phone ordering his lunch before he left. He obviously had lunch on my husband's time and lied about it. The repairman did nothing to protect the bathroom while he was working. He did not protect the cabinet or the floor. He left standing water in the cabinet which warped the bottom of the cabinet. I spent 1 hour cleaning that bathroom when I got home from work. The repairman also tried to scam my husband about the water heater. He claimed it was "shot." Our water heater is 2 years old and it's fine. They charged $700 to change out the bathroom faucet. I looked up the part. The same exact faucet is less than $20 retail. Tell me how labor and other miscellaneous parts is even close to $680. DO NOT CALL RAPID PLUMBING. They will lie to you and cheat you. They also go by the name of A & R Plumbing. The owner, Alvin Ramirez, was argumentative and did not call me back as promised.
