Description of Work: They are doing the work for Home Shield and they want to charge me $1670 for installation charge only for an indoor unit which already paid by Home Shield. I got estimates from other companies and all of them advised me to not do that as the unit they are going to install is not compatible with the new standard. If they are doing the work themselves they will charge me about $500 for installation only.

Description of Work: Replaced a capacitor for compressor fan. He diagnosed it correctly, but didn't have part, so it took 2 more days to fix (weekend) which was uncomfortable. But otherwise, did a good job.
