Unfortunately there was a defective fitting that caused a pipe to burst. The house was vacant so we didn't learn about it until the next day. Alvin bent over backwards to repaire the damage, replace the ruined water heater, and make us whole. He even changed the water heater to a tankless model because the location of the ruined water heater didn't meet code and tankless was our only option.

We hired All Season Rooter and Plumbing, Inc. to fix all of the mistakes made by a previous plumber. Alvin, the owner is knowledgeable and professional. He spent 2 hours under my house inspecting and photographing everything. He explained everything clearly to me and answered all of my questions. He and his crew fixed all of the mistakes, which were extensive. They came on time and were clean and tidy. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. After getting ripped off before, I was nervous about hiring another plumber. All Seasons Rooter and Plumbing, Inc. is the only plumber I will ever use. I recommend them wholeheartedly .

Alvin was great. My backed-up main line got quite complicated and he was patient and reasonable. He explained absolutely everything and discussed all options in detail.
