Alvin came on time, told me about other issues in the course of his doing the work but did not push to have them done. The final bill was exactly what he quoted, and they removed all their trash and left the house clean. I would hire them again.

Alvin certainly responded promptly and agreed to come over within 30 minutes. It all worked out well due to the fact that the labor charges plus parts cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend him based on the customer service and work quality.
