fixed my furnace problem. heater works now.

they fixed the heater and replaced thermostat. works now. very good job and man was pleasant.

They came out to check my home AC system. Others had tried. After a couple hours the problem was solved. Great service and a great price. It was the wiring, to find this kind of issue you really need to be skilled and they have it.

BASED UPON THE REPAIR WORK. BUT THEY HAVE GOOD ACTITUDE

They told me the charge for troubleshooting is $75 which goes toward the repair. They could not find the problem after two hours, charged me $75 and left.

The technician arrived on time, check both units thoroughly, was unable to get one of the units to function, said the other unit was almost fully charged and was ready to go. My only concern is that he's going to send a salesman out today, who will probably try to sell me a complete air conditioning system. I have my doubts that he is willing to just replace the bad outside condenser.

I give Western Air Mechanical some credit for a quick response since they came out the same day. But we paid almost $500 to have our a/c repaired and it's still 82 degrees in my house with the a/c running. It's 70 degrees outside. I have no idea what we paid for. I am extremely disappointed and feel like we were taken advantage of.

Western Air Mechanical technicians were very courteous and seemed quite knowledgeable about my heating problem.

The technician I believe his name was Sam was very knowledgeable he went straight to the problem and fix the AC within 16 min. I guess we payed for experience
