I have been very impressed with the service I received regarding my heater. Due to the rain we realized I had a leak right above the heater and air conditioner unit. The leak went down the side of the vent and into the side of the heater, it then traveled down a wire and ended on the mother board. Once the mother was wet the heater (luckily) turned off. I was so lucky that it did not do further damage. Sam the technician was very careful in looking for the problem everything he checked seemed to be in working order. Finally the last thing to look at was the mother board but it was covered by a metal top and side. Once this was removed we were able to see the mother board. Everything looked fine but Sam kept looking at the board and with all the electricity turned off he shined his flash light on the board. It was then when he noticed something and that is when he realized the board was covered in water. It was safe to touch the board now so he started to mop up the water. Once that was done he used a heated blower to make sure the unit was safe and really dry. I would love to say we turned the heater on but Sam felt it was not safe. We were in for more rain and it did rain for three more days. The mother board was soaked again. I had to call a roofer to fix the leaks in the roof and make sure the vent were all secure and did not leak anymore. Today it has not rained for three or four days, So I heard that it was going to rain on Friday and maybe Monday. I will check the heater to make sure it is staying dry. My experience with Sam and Western Air Mechanical was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Sam was knowledgeable, on time, well mannered, clean, was careful not to dirty the area he was working in. He explained everything he was doing, he took the time to show me where he thought the leak was coming down onto the heater and how we will tell if the roof was fixed properly. I told Sam I will tell every body about his services and company. I feel he is a very trustworthy person and I will gladly use his services again if I ever have troubles with the heater and the air conditioning unit. Thank you

Very honest and was quick at making sure it was fixed

My furnace repair was in a tenant- occupied dwelling and I was unable to be there to showed to problem to Sam from Western Air Mechanical. He handled all contacts with tenant and only suggested a new unit when he was certain the existing unit could not be repaired. From that point forward, I was confident this was the best solution to my problem. HIghly recommended in all aspects.
