Sam came out a day earlier than others I contacted he explained what my previous AC tech got wrong. He's a trustworthy guy I whole heartedly recommend him.

Can't say enough! On time (love the one-hour window), professional, thorough, informative, tidied up after himself, cleaned a thing-a-ma-jig not part of the actual repair, told me where to direct fans for better drying on the walls and ceiling. Honest. Did not try to sell us something we didnt need. Another company we contacted said we need a whole new hvac system. Said it would cost 6000+. Western Air diagnosed the problem and fixed it for 325 dollars. Outstanding. Honesty goes a long way.

Sam Singh was very professional and courteous. He tested my furnace for leaks, test it for CO2, and checked the vent pipe on the room to see if it was clear. My tenant thought there was something wrong with my furnace, and nothing was wrong, so he only charged the $49 service visit.

Work was done on the home of my elderly MIL who has 24 hour care in her 60 year old house. When things stop working we often aren't expert enough and have been taken advantage of by various contractors. In this case first Co. called wanted $110 for a office call and then wanted $1000. for repairs on the furnace. We got a second opinion. Western went out the same day with no office call fee and said the only problem was the thermostat. What a pleasant surprise to get an HONEST and Reliable contractor. We highly recommend Western Air Mechanical.

Same day service Labor Day weekend with the hottest days in years, replaced my inoperative compressor fan motor and I found Sam to be honest and fair pricing. Now I found my a/c repairman!

The nice man came on the same day of contact and fixed the electrical short and oil box in our old AC unit. He was efficient and right on time. I will refer to him and his company again when we replace our AC unit next year! If you need AC service, call them!
