We lost our A/C on 9/5/20 - it was 112 degrees & a holiday weekend. We made a number of calls but were unable to find anyone to help us. We spoke with Sam on Sunday 9/6 in the am. He was here by early pm. He was knowledgeable, thorough, punctual & professional. We have A/C!! He’s a keeper!!

Western Air Mechanical service technician’s fixed my air conditioning unit the first time they came to my home; at a reasonable price. I had another company come to find the problem with my HVAC unit twice and it continued to break down. If you need an honest, and competent ac company, call Western Air Mechanical !

My AC went out suddenly and I was scrambling to find a HVAC repair shop with this heat. Luckily, Western Air Mechanical reached out to me ASAP and Sam (the owner) beat me to my home!! He professionally, and quickly, diagnosed explained the situation. He had the parts in his truck and had the parts replaced in 30 minutes!!!! Fair pricing and an all around nice guy. He has my business moving forward and I would recommend him to anyone with heating/cooling issues. I'd give him 7 stars if I could!

We have had several A/C Companies in the past, however, Western Air is by far the BEST we have ever had do work on A/C. Sam (Owner) is very knowledgable and does excellent work. He found and fixed the problem quickly and at a fair price. We are having them service our equipment on an annual basis.

Sam the owner came on Sunday and gave me a quote. I asked for a senior discount and he said yes at $30. Then Monday he sent Tim who did an excellent job was friendly and overall wonderful. But Sam was called when I had to pay and gave Tim a balance of $600 to pay after I gave the deposit on Sunday of $150. So I never got the senior discount I was promised. I couldn't blame Tim he was the in between person. Sam mislead me and would not use him and company again.

The technician was very courteous and not only showed up on time but was early! This was especially important since my ac went out during a very hot period. He explained everything to me and showed me all of the bad parts. A very excellent experience.

Ralph Pochy was our technician. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the issue with the air conditioning unit. He gave the estimate and time to complete the repairs. He completed the repairs and the unit was working as good if not better than it has for a long time. The time and cost were exactly as stated. I have added thier business card to my trusted companies and will not hesitate to call them again. I received great value today!

Did an amazing job and rearranged their own schedule to meet my needs. I had to have a new AC installed at the last minute. My old one broke unexpectedly and had to be replaced just days before I was scheduled for major surgery. They worked on a day "off" to get it done in time. There was no financial pressure; Sam thoroughly explained my options, and the decision to replace rather than repair was mine. Not only courteous but kind and thoughtful.
