Western Air Mechanical

My AC broke during the heat wave. I had a local tech, who is not listed in Home advisor, based on neighbor's recommendation. The local tech come and diagnosed that my AC is shot and needed a replacement and he told me that he would give me a quote for a new central AC. I did not believe this and wanted a second opinion. I went online to Home advisor to find AC repair professionals. I found the one at Home advisor and scheduled an opointment with them. This company never showed up!! So, I called Home advisor and they forwarded my call to Western Air Mechanicals, after apologizing on behalf of the other company that failed to show up. The technician from Western Air showed up on time. Performed methodical troubleshooting and replaced a capacitor. He also found that the last technician that diagnosed and recommended my unit to be replaced with a new one has made wrong connections to the capacitor so that the fan was spinning in wrong direction!! After replacing capacitor and rectifying the wrong doing, everything came back to live and the AC started working again. Western Air technician did not stop there, he checked everything in the AC, checked coolant pressure, checked intake filters and replaced, checked temperature of air on all outlets and compared it to the wall and ceiling temperature etc. Nice people. Revived my faith in humanity.

I was honestly expecting the worst and what I got was George. He was polite, very thorough and professional. He methodically step by step diagnosed the issue until he resolved the problem. I am beyond happy with his work and will absolutely recommend this company to anyone I know who is in need of a professional company like this! ************!!

Quick reply from Sam in regards to request for A/C maintenance. Very reasonable pricing, no surprises. Good communication: Called the night before to confirm appointment. Their office called before the scheduled appointment time to let me know George is running 20 minutes behind. Apologized and asked if it was okay or if I'd like to reschedule. Once George arrived he promptly went to work.

They called me, then texted me, the same evening that I put my info on Home Advisor. They showed up right on time, wore covers over their shoes to walk in my home, and advised me all along what they were doing. Quote was up front, and reasonable.
