They were very friendly and efficient on the time it tooonthem to finish.

Sam was able to fix problem quickly at reasonable cost. Great customer service. Came on a Sunday at no extra charge.

Very professional in all aspects of their work. Arrived on time and completed job sooner than anticipated and they cleaned up after themselves which is a big deal to me. I would recommend these folks to anyone wanting, Air Conditioning or Electrical work performed. Also they pulled all permits!

good communications, when stuck in traffic, had their office let me know. I appreciate that highly. explained everything he was doing and why.

AC STILL DRIPS WATER

The young man who serviced our A/C came as soon as could, even called us 2x's to let us know he was on his way, it was after hours we feel the charge was reasonable and fixed our A/C very quickly, during the 100 plus heatwave, Very courteous and helpful!

great service was here as soon as I called. I needed them badly. I am 86 years old could not last without the air.

Came within two hours of signing on on a Saturday. Did not charge extra for weekend service.

Western Air Mechanical came out within an hour and fixed the problem without any waiting. The price was also within my budget.

Very pleasant people to talk to on the phone (Daisy) and during service (Sam). Also, very important on a hot day was same day service. And they have a senior discount. I gave 5 star on the value for money because I did not want to lower rating but honestly I am not sure of actual value as I did not shop around. Of course I would have liked it to be less, but I was not unhappy with prices. Sam seemed very thorough on his diagnosis and recommendations. We will be calling for a yearly service with them to keep our A/C in good working order. (It would be great if they would send out a reminder for the annual service, not sure, maybe they already do)

Even when you include a generous trip charge, labor for time spent and cost of the part, I think that I was charged about twice what I should have been charged!!

In the dark how much this would cost thought would be cheaper but the technician was very informative and personable would have back because of that Thanks for the quick response
