Description of Work: Checked my A/C system and added freon. I wasn't having any problems with my unit, just needed a check up. Everything went well. Joe is very knowledgeable, explained clearly what he was doing and answered any questions I had. I would use West Tech again.

Description of Work: Toro was one of three bid we received for installing a new heating and air conditioning system. They fell in the middle price wise. I liked that they used Trane systems and were willing to negotiate on the price to earn our business. The majority of the install was done by Albert, who was wonderful. He arrived one time and left my house spotless. When he was finished, he thoroughly explained and showed me the work done and how to operate everything. I couldn't be happier with their work.

Description of Work: We had the central a/c unit, heating unit and all ducting replaced along with the addition of an attic fan and a "mushroom" roof fan.I have to say from the beginning the experience was great. Rosa (owner?) was professional and quick to return calls.As we added items, addendums were sent immediately and all permits had been pulled by the start of business. Suggestions were made by John, but not in a forceful manner, more like letting us know that we could save a bit if we efficietly removed the heated air in the attic. He was patient as my wife and I put him on a telecon to decide what we wanted to do. After deciding to add the additional unit, instead of waiting for another day, he wanted to do it that evening. They completed all the work, including the additional work, in two days. These guys, John, Jesse (I didn't get the third gentlemans name) worked very fast and each night, after they left,(we were not home during the work day) we could not tell they had been there. We have had quite a bit of work done on our homes over the years and the majority of time we find garbage and other evidence of people having been there, but not with these guys. Very professional! All the work passed city inspection with no comments. Can't recommend these guys (and Rosa) enough!

Description of Work: Mr. Joe, install all the heating and Air Conditioning system for my entire house. He explained to me every detail that he worked and he make me feel conformable by doing that. He was explaining why and why not he performed the job. After few years (07-24-11) I experience problems with the air conditioning and I called him. He came by the same day I called. He notice that the building construction of the house was the causing the problems, but he showed me what was the problem and he make adjusting and fixed the problem. I did not paid anything at the end of the job, because the warranty covered it. I am really happy working with joe because he is very responsible and professional. Thank you very much Mr. Joe. Description of Work: I needed to have service on my roof air conditioning system for annual inspection because my old heating and air conditoning company man went into retirement. He (Joe) checked the refrigerant charge. Checked my furnace, and closed the gas pilot valve because the heating season was over. He also checked my swamp cooler and made sure it is in good working order, allowing adequate water flow.

Toro was the 3rd company I contacted ( Teresa-Manager was so nice and very professional scheduled an appointment right on the spot for someone to come the following day to give me an estimate). Joe Gonzalez was the person who came to my home to give me an estimate. It took him about an hour to inspect my entire house (which I liked). He explained to me the conditions of the house, he said what was needed and most important...he showed me my options (from equipment to the job itself). Joe was very professinal, honest, knowledgeable and most important he showed me that he care and wanted to help me and wanted to make sure I was going to be happy with my new central air conditioning system. He walked me to the entire process like no other company did, he is very patient...he explains things 'till you understand 100 percent. I felt very comfortable with his recomendations and his work. Now, my family and I-specially my wife Gabby have been enjoying our new central air conditioning system to the fullest. I also recommended Toro company to my mom who lives in Long Beach a month later after I installed my AC and she is also very happy with the work that Joe did for her as well.
