+ -1 moreSteve Ferrell does all of the work himself and his work is meticulous. He performs all load calculations and determines the exact size of the system for your house. He is very experienced and does a great job with the removal and installation of the new system. He is a very honest sincere professional who takes great pride in his work. since he does all of the work himself, the job took a little bit longer than it may have with another contractor, but it is well worth it in exchange for the knowledge that the system is being installed with care and precision.
Description of Work: Installed 2.5 ton Rheem 13 Seer Air conditioner and matching 2 stage 80% gas furnace. Removed all old equipment
