Service with a smile is an understatement. From my online search to the follow up phone call to the arrival of the technician I can’t say anything bad about this company. When my a/c died on a very hot Saturday I called the dealer who did my install and was told to call back on Monday. Not waiting to wait I looked on line and found North Star. My appointment-for Sunday-was scheduled in one minute. Just to be sure I called and talked to David . Wonderful conversation about service. He even made sure I would be home earlier than my appointment time because he was sure his guy would be early. Sure enough he was! Tommy was wonderful. Very informative and made sure I understood everything test he did, why he did it and what the results meant. I think I have a new a/c service company!!! And for getting my a/c fixed on a Sunday the price was very reasonable too!!

Bobby could not have been better. Arrived on time (early, in fact, but he called first). Friendly and efficient, fixed a DIY disaster in minutes. Could not be happier!

Our heater went completely out on a Sunday morning. I got in touch with Northstar and spoke with David. He was great on the phone, assured me that someone would be showing up between 10 and 11 in the morning that very same day and sure enough they were here. Tommy and Sergio showed up and immediately got to looking at the unit. They were polite and professional from the beginning to the end. They quickly determined the heater was completely shot, got me up on the ladder to show me the problem. I think they felt for my wife, baby and I having to deal with the cold temps, because they were willing to get us a new heater on Sunday, or even just get us a space heater to get us through the day. My wife and I ended up getting a new heather and AC unit and they had everything ready for install the next day. As for installation. Chris and Paul showed up to the house on time. I have had a lot of professionals in my house before and these two by far were the cleanest. They immediately laid out protective cloth and mats from the front door to the work area. When the whole job was done, which was to have to cut a bigger access hole in the ceiling and change out the heater. When my wife got home, she could not tell that they were in the house and the work was done. They left it that clean! Even though I told them they did not have to, they put shoe covers on every time they came in and removed them ever time they left. They took time to explain things to me, answered all my questions, and even finished a couple hours earlier than expected. I mentioned to them a different problem I was having with the AC drain pipe and we discovered it was improperly buried in the ground and they took care of that too, after they were all packed up and ready to leave. I cannot stress enough how much Northstar paid attention to the little things, the details and that is what impressed me most. Very clean job. They had to cut a bigger access hole and even the new insert to attic was a beautiful piece of wood, I was expecting the cheap, not the case! Chris and Paul even closed my front door every time they went in and out so they would not let the animals or my son out. This was my first time using HomeAdvisor and the entire Northstar team has set the bar very high! I have already passed their card on to my family members!

David arrived at the house at the time he mentioned. I had a main water line that the previous owner had connected the sprinklers too. The sprinklers were leaking a lot of water (at the connection point to main). shutting off the water at the house did not do anything. David was able to excavate and discover the real mess. He was determine to finish it in a day....He did! With all the work done I was amazed it was completed in a day. He did excellent work. They are prompt, professional, courteous and great value for the work. I would absolutely hire them again.

Tommy spent a lot of time examining the problems with my heating units and gave me information that helped me understand the problem. My previous heating support person gave me the wrong information and also was incomplete. Tommy was thorough and answered all my questions. He fixed the problem and got my heater to work, but it is 15 years old and I will need to replace it. This company is number 1 on my list to do the job. I thought he did not charge enough for his time and offered to pay more but he refused. Great customer service.

A little expensive.

Tommy was very punctual and explained everything clearly. We initially dealt with David, he was professional and responded ASAP. Our heater was not blowing hot air, they fixed it for us quickly and we appreciated how they came the same day we contacted them and are open later than other companies, this is super convenient since we get home past 5pm. Thank you!

Tommy showed up on time and while wasn't ready to face facts that I needed a new furnace, he explained my options they were able to install the same day. Friendly, courteous, respectful and after a quick online price comparison, I think the price I paid was fair. He even brought in his ShopVac to clean up before he left. Who does that? This is a family-run company and I'm happy I was able to support a small business. I would recommend and use Aire-Rite again.

I received a quick response from Aire Rite to replace my hot water heater. I received an accurate reasonable quote and the job was performed professionally. I would recommend Aire Rite for future heating and plumbing needs.

I needed a water heater repaired at a rental property. This was the only company Home Advisor recommended, so I figured I'd go with them because they had a good rating. I'm giving them high marks for timely response, but very low marks for value for money. They quoted me $500 to replace a thermocouple and repair the vent ducting. I needed the work done urgently, so I decided to go with them even though I knew I was getting ripped off. The technician could not give me a breakdown of parts and labor cost, and said this was their standard pricing. He also stated changing the thermocouple was going to be labor intensive. An hour later he called to say he was finished. When I questioned why he finished so quickly, he said "when you have the right tools the job is easy". I won't use these guys again because I know they knew I was in a difficult situation and they took advantage of that.

The repairman explained what I had to do for my floor furnace to work correctly, quoted me a price and I accepted and pleased with the resulting quality. I would recommend Rite Aire for any future work.

They were all wonderful. Our A/C went out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. David arrived and looked over the entire system which was very old and finally died on us. He was able to replace the entire system all in one day. The crew stayed until the job was done. I was not excited about spending so much, but after checking prices for the material online and factoring in labor and my family's comfort, it was well worth it. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

David arrived on time. He quickly analized the problem and corrected it.he also verified that the system was functioning normally. I thought the cost was a little high but you get what you pay for. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

David was so helpful- he diagnosed the problem with the thermostat - just expired batteries- and also replaced the filter after asking to see it. He did all this, then told me since he had already been in the neighborhood, there would be no charge! What a nice guy! I will be recommending Air-Right to all my friends!

David was punctual and provided excellent service. He takes pride in what he does and it shows in his work. He's very personable and made sure I understood what caused the cooling issue. David also advised what I could do in regards to preventative maintenance. I'll be recommending David to all family, friends, and associates.

David Garcia is very professional...knowledgeable, prompt and a craftsman with regard to his work. I am well-pleased with the replacement of my water heater, which Aire-Rite provided. (Oh, did I mention that the work was performed on a Sunday?!)

They were very meticulous with their work, finished in the estimated time frame and cleaned up thoroughly after work was complete!
