David Garcia was excellant as an air conditioning pro..he replaced an electronic flame sensor with a quick diagnosis. He drove several miles to the distributor (for our specific furnace brand) and promptly returned and installed the new part. We have two othe rheating/air cond. companies who were unable to even diagnose the problem...we are thrilled with this company and will always use them in the future.

Never provided a receipt for the broken part that I paid for. I requested a receipt and was told it would be provided one. A year later I still don't know what I paid for the broken piece from the heater. I would have researched the price myself if I knew the part number which was not written on my invoice. I think I might have over paid for this service. This is my first time using this app and will consider this experience lessons learned.

I am a tool and diemaker and work with engineers all along my job. I think Northstar has the greatest team in HVAC I have seen. They all work well together and are very experienced. I will hire them again as I know it will be done correctly and on time.

I spoke to Tomas Garcia. He was friendly and helpful. He helped me understand what I needed to have done. He worked with my budget. We did the paper work one day and the next morning they replaced my old a/c unit. Thanks guys!
