I received prompt service the same day I called during a hot spell.

The technician Behshad was very professional. He wasn't able to fix the problem but gave very clear and concise explanation. Very happy with the company. Will use then again.

NorthStar and specifically their technician Behshad were awesome. Service call is super low and Behshad was able to fix the problem same day! The girl answering the phone was helpful and nice. Totally recommend this company.

They showed me everything that was repaired or replaced and explained what they were going to do in detail and answered all my questions. They didn't try to up sell me on any parts or labor. When my air conditioner needs to be replaced I have them replace it for me.

Repairman was friendly, professionl and knowledgeable. Office personnel are excellent.

The Tech went above and beyond to do my inspection and service. I did nor buy the yearly maintenance plan and I did not buy the $190. furnace filter ($20) at Home Depot. I had and still have a problem with the system. It makes a growling noise every 2 minutes or so. Thanks so much, anyways.

Eric was superb. Came in did the job quickly and efficiently. Doug is charming but more a salesman than a tech.

Everything was good except the price. $10,000 for heater and air conditioner is a tremendous amount of money for a Senior like myself. There were no discounts. Thankyou

My central air conditioning system had problems, Doug Brewer from Northstar found the problem right away, explained everything in detail and gave me options to save money. I will definitely be using him and Northstar if I cannot solve the problem by myself. Highly recommend.

After having my AC misdiagnosed 3 times from a Home Warranty company, I hired Doug from Northstar. He found the problem right away and had it fixed within 20 minutes. He explained everything in great detail to me and my husband. We will definitely be using him and Northstar when we redo our system next year. Highly recommend.
