David quoted me a certain price for service call, which turned out to be misrepresented by $60.00. As the technician was already into the job when he stated the "correct" amount, I had no choice but to continue and pay. I bought part myself! I felt misled, and discriminated against as a woman, very unfortunate indeed. Ylva Z
