replacement windows
+ -1 moreThey were professional. I was having my kitchen remodeled at the same time when I was replacing this window and they worked very well with my contractor. So I think that was the best of all the things they did, being able to coordinate with a different contractor. Since I used them for that garden window, I've been considering replacing some other windows and sliding glass doors and I've called them several times. Some of it is my fault, but also their fault that they have not been responsive with getting me the estimates or actually listening to what it was I needed and one estimate was for something totally not what I wanted. It's a one-man operation and so it was just the owner and then his wife works in the office.
Description of Work: They put in a garden window.

+ -1 moreThey were very pleasant to work with and did an excellent job with the craftsmanship of their carpentry work. They were also accommodating to any changes I made and I'll be using them again in the future.
Description of Work: They removed 2 large sliding doors and built a small pony wall, then installed wall-to-wall 5 x 12 windows.

+ -1 moreMY WIFE AND I WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. IN FACT, VINCE, THE OWNER, UPGRADED OUR WINDOWS AND HAD THEM SHIPPED ON 3 DAYS NOTICE WITHOUT ANY EXTRA CHARGE TO US. THEY ARRIVED AT THE HOUSE PROMPTLY AT 8 A.M. AND WORKED ALL DAY, TAKING TWO BREAKS. THEY WERE KIND AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Description of Work: KOACH'S WINDOWS CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND REPLACED OUR WINDOWS. WE HAD STEEL FRAMED WINDOWS, SO THEY HAD TO USE A DIFFERENT TECHNIQUE TO REMOVE THE OLD WINDOWS. THEY THEN INSTALLED THE NEW WINDOWS, WITH THE UV PROTECTION, IN TWO DAYS. THEY REPLACED 6 THE FIRST DAY AND FINISHED THE OTHER 3 THE NEXT DAY. THEY ALSO RE-HUNG OUR BLINDS AND SHUTTERS ON THE OUTSIDE.
