Cabinets: It was a long process with multiple delays. When they first came and inspected the cabinets -> too many were damaged or built wrong that they had replacements ordered -> several more weeks delay AFTER the kitchen was already demolished and ready to go. Once done they were very professional. Installed a soffit to match our current ceiling. Installed upper/lower cabinets and an island. Put in a new gas line to the new island as well. They had someone else do the electrical for them (new 220V outlet and to the island). Very nice and pleasant to work with. John is very talkative and friendly! Some minor concerns noted -> not securing well enough some cabinet faceplates and kickboards (this would mean quality was B in my opinion) -> they came back very next day after I noticed that and fixed the problem immediately -> A for quality as they stood behind their work and came back without question to make it right. Great work ethic! Dry wall: John was cheapest of 3 estimates for repairing dry wall in our entire house (after partial re-wiring done), reason for B on pricing off course is due to the Lowes markup -> he took his time, final product was nice and level with the walls. Unfortunately he didn't have time for placing matching texturing -> this was not an issue as the time deadline was from me and he didn't have a choice but to stop when he did. The texturing regardless was easily done by me after buying several cans of spray texture from the home improvement store and practicing first on some old boards and everything was done in time for the painters. Stucco: Outside near our electrical panel -> OK, didn't match as well with existing stucco as I would have liked, but I suspect once painted even be noticeable. Done solidly with several levels as expected. Thanks for a great job and your professionalism!.
Description of Work: John & Russ were first referred to us via Lowes for installation of kitchen cabinets. After that was done I've hired him for some smaller projects -> drywall repair, stucco repair, and some minor changing of some wall switches/wiring for the rest of the house.

They were fantastic, and the guy they sent out was amazing. He put the kitchen together, and the work was amazing too. He even said that was how he would love his own kitchen to look. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, I am having them come back out for a few things.
Description of Work: I purchased kitchen cabinets and had them installed by J G’s Kitchen Concepts Inc.

John Guiducci and his employee Laz were really great. It was a hard job, but they did their work meticulously. They recut each hole to make it square and carefully measured out each piece of drywall to match. Their mudding around the edges was seamless and really smooth. Then they textured everything. They also patiently worked around my cats (and their obsessive owner!) If you are expecting a pristine house at the end of a drywall project, then you have never experienced a drywall project before! But they exhibited a valiant effort at cleaning the house at the end. I plan on getting bids from them in the future for other construction projects. Update: After staring at the texturing of the patches for several months, it became increasingly clear that they completely did not match the existing texture. In fact, in some locations, the mud was globbed on extremely thick so that the patch actually bulged out relative to the rest of the wall. Ultimately, we went back to the original electrician and arranged for them to redo the texturing on the entire house. While my interactions with John and Laz were pleasant enough, and they did a good job executing the patches, their texturing was very poor.
Description of Work: Kitchen Concepts was a subcontractor on an electrical project. I had rewired my whole house and had tons (>100) holes in my drywall as a result. Kitchen Concepts was brought in to patch all of the holes as well as fill in a doorway and reframe previously recessed lighting. They also retextured all of the patches to match the existing skip trowel texture. I listed the price as $0 because the price was negotiated through the company that did the electrical work, and I don't know what it would have been if I had negotiated with John directly.

I am not happy with this company. I do not want a resolution from this company and I am not looking for money but I would like to write an honest and accurate review for Angie's list. They did an overall good job installing the kitchen cabinets, but they left work unfinished. They tore out the other cabinets, and replaced them with new ones, but they did not cover the old area completely. They did not re-plaster the walls so you can see the one inch line where the old cabinets used to be. They were not repaired properly on either side. They were also unable to install the kick plate under the dishwasher so they offered to make me a new one. They were supposed to do that nine months ago and I have not heard from them since. The original kick plate that came with the dishwasher is still sitting on my counter. They actually left a lot of stuff with me. I do like the kitchen overall but there are these small details that they did not pay attention to. Sometimes they came, sometimes they did not. I would not recommend them and I would not use them in the future. I think I would like this resolved through Angie's List.
Description of Work: I hired this company to remove the current cabinets, which were recently done by another company, and install new cabinetry. They were also hired to replace the range hood, microwave oven, regular oven, and the refrigerator.
