 + 0 moreIt started out well. Jesse was cordial and responsive. He got behind and provided a design that did not take into consideration all we discusssed. I think he was too busy and forgot. He agreed to update the drawings, but kept saying he was working on it until he just stopped responding all together. Net result is that I don't have anything I can use and I'm out $500. I left numerous messages by both phone and email, but no response was made by Jesse. I think Jesse has talent, but perhaps he just over-scheduled himself. All I want is my money back, since I did not get anything I can use and had to move on to someone else.
Description of Work: Supposed to provide completed concept drawings.
