Yolanda's House Cleaning Service

I hired Yolanda starting in November 2013 and used her several times in my home. She insisted on using her own house cleaning supplies which were not as good as what I normally use. She didn't like me to explain how I like the house cleaned. She told me, " I know what I am doing!" She is fast but not thorough in cleaning. I told her she doesn't need to be in a hurry that I am more interested in her doing a good job. She continued to work in the same manner each time she came. I stopped using her becasue she didn't show me that she knew how to care for the furniture and floors in my home. She used bleach on my new tile floors in my bathroom. I had previously explained to her before how I wanted her to clean the floors. She is a very nice person but set in her ways. I am sorry that things didn't work out with her.

The service is excellent. The house is very clean. She is very reliable and trustworthy. English and Spanish speaking. She is able to provide free estimates and other references. We have recommended her to others.
