The installation went well, My problem with this company was they overcharged me for the prep work. The price for the prep(2 hours) was 100 dollars less than the actual install(10 hours) And when I tried to call them for an explanation about the prep expenses(3 times mind you) they always left a message for the install supervisor which never bothered to call back. The installers also stold left over materials.

Description of Work: Very poor quality of work. Arrived late and left early. Had to have them come back and still poor quality workmanship. Had to have entire job re-done by another company.

The installer called ahead of time to ensure we were ready for install. He was very polite, courteous, and polite. He did an awesome job and we are very satisfied with the company and installers professionalism and workmanship.
