+ -1 moreI got it all above. They did cover one cable cord in our raised foundation, but Cox was able to fix it at no cost because we have their insurance.
Description of Work: 2,000 Sq ft of laminate. We loved working with the contractor through the company. He was very patient, and calm. He had confidence and thought about all our concerns. His crew were great to work with, The started on time, and ended a day early. We moved our own furniture in and out. We kept the pets away, and worked with our schedule. 3 to 4 days of installation. We loved their product and still do.They demolished the old carpet and tile in one day, and were helpful in cleaning some urine spots prior to installing the new product. We even got credit for some boxes of laminate we didn't need, and still kept 2 boxes for the future.

+ 0 moreApproved the quote and paid the deposit for some nice hardwood flooring for my house, and was told 4-6 weeks for delivery. After making the deposit, we received NO Update on the material. Made several calls between the 4-8 week time frame, and still NO RESPONSE! Finally, got a call last week and was told the material was too expensive for them to import into the USA, and they wanted to cancel the project and refund my deposit. Deposit refunded immediately (good), but wasted 3 months on this project (very bad). Overall, the worst part of this organization was the lack of service or response. Also, they should have known their own business well-enough to understand the potential import problems for materials. Very Disappointed!
Description of Work: Wanted to purchase some engineering hardwood for my house. Was provided with a quote, which included the usual estimates (delivery time, etc).
