The overall excperience was not good.

They did a pretty ok job.

Everything went okay. He said beforehand that I wouldn't see a big difference but I went ahead and had him do it.

I received a callback the next day and made a timely appointment for the estimate. The estimator arrived on time, was professional and was supposed to send an estimate the next morning. I spoke to him during the day because I was hoping to start the work the following Monday. I did receive the estimates that evening but had decided to use another highly recommended provider floor refinisher that sent me an estimate earlier in the day and could start on Monday. Both estimates were comparable and I would definitely check with this company in the future because they were very responsive and quoted a good price. The price for the tile work was $10 sf less than the other company I had estimate the project. I ended up having a relative complete the tile work because of the unexpectedly high cost of the project but Wirtz did quote the best price.

The entire process was trouble-free. Steve (the owner) is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Before we placed the order, Steve spent several hours helping us decide on the best product for the floor. All the folks who work for Steve are professional, friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were happy with the installation. We will certainly engage them in the future should the need arise.

The men showed up on time. and did a very professional job, The work was really well done and looks great. There was one minor problem that the company took care of in a very swift and proffessional manner. I would higly recommend them. I especially likes how they made sure I was completely satisfied with their work.

Gavin was punctual, courteous, and professional. He scheduled time to provide an in-person estimate 48 hrs from the time we first spoke. Although the job was small (laying tile in a 4' x 8' hallway), Gavin told me that doesn't turn away any business and provided me with a fair estimate of $200. Although Writz usually charges a $350 minimum, Gavin said he would send one of his sub-contractors instead of billing me under the company to avoid the minimum fee. I appreciate Gavin's willingness to work with me and would definitely call him for a larger job in the future. Other tiling specialists that I called for estimates either turned my business away because the job was too small or quoted me an outrageous rate of $600 - $700 (excluding materials, which I had). I ended up having a family friend install the tile instead of Writz, but would have used Writz if I didn't have this contact.

They did the job quickly, charged a fair price and the floor looks fantastic. The only issue is that the t-molding was installed improperly, and it cracked. It was quite difficult to have them return for the repairs as well. Once they did return, however, the repairs were done completely to my satisfaction.

They laid in a 15x20ft game room floor with pecan and hickory. It's a beautiful floor and I'm very pleased with outcome.

They said they would not take the job because it was too small, but they would have their worker take care of it. He asked if I would like to start now and I said I would like to get a few more quotes. When I was ready to start the job I called them 5-6 times and no one has called me back. I called every week once a week since they had came out, I even spoke with the secretary and still have received no response.

The process from quote to installation occurred without any issues

Within two days of my call Steve came over and give us an estimate. They were able to start on the work the day after the tile arrived. The whole job only took two days. The crew arrived on time and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. Steve called me several times to make sure the job was going smoothly. After the floors were finished they needed to leave a few pieces of equipment. Within an hour a young man picked them up and made sure our driveway was cleaned. The price was affordable and better than all of the other places I called. I highly recommend Wirtz

They sent me a quote and I am not sure what happened. They emailed me the quote but I didn't get the attachment. I replied to them and I haven't heard back from them. I am not sure what happened. I hate to grade someone whom I have not used. When it comes to computers I am little bit more lenient because there are things that happen with the computer that you can't always foretell. I got an original quote from them and they did respond to that but then when I mailed them back for clarification I didn't hear from them. It is an awkward situation where it could be that they didn't get my mail. I wish there was an incomplete grade then I would have given them that. They came out and emailed me an estimate. When they came out they were punctual. They professionalism was not the best as they didn't respond to my email.

They were pretty good. I was really happy with the entryway. Every time I go by there, I think about how much better it is. They had some trouble cleaning the grout in the kitchen because it's kind of old; I don't think it was their fault. When they put the polymer surface on the counter, some of it came loose. I think they do good work. They are going to come back to work on the grout in the kitchen again; I'm glad they're going to come. My wife and I were very pleased with the entryway. They were very responsive.

they did all work from start to finish in quick time.from removial of carpet to final cleanup.they start at a fast pace and continue till the job is done.great experience.

Wirtz was a subcontractor through Sid's Carpet Barn and I am very happy they were used for my tile install. They are very experienced and did a great job. There had been uneveness and cracking of old tiles so Sid's sent them out to assess the problem. They assured me it was not a big problem and they could fix it. Additionally, I wanted new tile on the living room fireplace and they worked that in as well. Steve was very helpful in selecting a better grout color than I had picked out for the fireplace and explaining the process of tiling the fireplace. They had to grind the floor in places and the front of the fireplace. They were very particular about getting the fireplace tile lined up correctly. I also had them come back to seal the grout on the tile floor. Steve also dropped off some of their stone/tile floor cleaner for me. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

THEY WERE VERY ORGANIZED AND RELIABLE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CARED ABOUT WHAT I WANTED.
