Was dealing with raccoon and/or skunks tearing up back yard near Penasquitos Preserve. Eric quickly responded to call, set traps, and cleared away three mid-size racoons. He quickly responded to calls once animals were in traps and responded to my requests as needed. Would use again and will recommend.

They are great. They did a really good job. They are very professional, straightforward and quick. I would recommend them to anybody.

Eric came out and trapped and removed three raccoons over a period of several weeks. He was friendly. prompt, professional and effective.

We called him up, he gave us an estimate based on my description of the problem. He came out on time, he did the job. He ended up charging us considerably less than he quoted - his minimum fee - because it wasn't as complex a problem as I had described. Our neighbors cats were sad to see the pigeons go, go we were not.

A few days later, I saw an aniaml in the trap so I called Eric to let him know. It was a raccoon, and Eric came and took it away. He was very professional and detailed. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. I am very happy with the service.

He ended up not getting the bird out but put in a lot of effort. He was very professional, on time and was a good value for the amount of effort expended on this poor bird. He also gave me and the tenants good advice before during and after.

It turned out okay and did what they said what they were going to do. I thought they were a little expensive. They placed a trap and checked it to make sure they had food in it for a week.

Very prompt. Professional. They knew all about skunks and their habits. We were very happy we called this company - and that our 3 skunks are living happily somewhere else.

They did not call me back. I would not call them again!

Scott was fantastic. Called me right back, showed up on time( 5 mins early). Explained everything very well. Skunks trapped and removed humanely.

Everything went better than I could have hoped. The raccoon was caught without injury within 18 hours! I also want to mention that when I called Eric about a coyote problem in our yard, he said he didn't handle coyotes, but gave me a suggestion that took care of my coyote too without harm. I recommend Eric highly for any animal issue that you want handled quickly and humanely. I will definitely call him again.

We are having problem with skunks right now. We are still contracting with them. We have used them in the past. They are very prompt and professional.

We found them on Angies List. They tried, gave us an estimate but we still have them. Santiago has this problem and we are scared of them.

We had a racoon problem living inside the cieling walls. The first trapper I called wouldn't even go on the roof or help locate the point of entry (there turned out to be 2, but you can't see them from the ground). Eric was very professional and responsive by phone. He assessed the situation and found a way to drill from the exterior of the house instead of from an interior wall to insert the racoon eviction fluid. It worked in 2 days, and they were gone. I would recommend him in the future. I should have called him first.

When Jeremy arrived he immediately noticed possum footprints and the large foundation vent on the backside of my house was opened.He set 2 cages out and the first night 1 possum and 1 raccoon were caged. Subsequently, 2 more possums were caged and taken away. Jeremy is very professional, presented his price list before his inspection. He is also very personable and honest. I really appreciated his honesty the most. I would definetly do business with Wildlife Removal Services in the future.

Our lovely lawn was being ravaged by animals in the night, apparently hunting for grubs. Hired Eric who set up and baited two traps. Over a couple months we caught maybe seven raccoons and three skunks until grub season was apparently over (need to kill grubs next year in late summer). Eric always answered phone early in the morning and picked up the caught animals within hours.

Eric was a great help. 1. Returned my call within 2 hours. 2. Setup appointment for the next day. 3. Arrived on time 4. very professional and helpful 5. He took time to answer all of our questions and helped determine a solution to a fencing problem we had.

Person came out. Missed entrance of rodents until we called him back (still heard animal noises). Did exclusion, but never returned to complete work. Had to call another provider to take care of problem. Also very slow to return to check traps. Advised closing off certain areas; never returned to complete work.

They were excellent. They are great. They advised on how to deal with outside rat issues if I had any problem in the future. They were very reasonable. He also did something called the exclusion where he sealed the exterior and interior of the house that the rats could get into. There are bunch of services that are available to do. The price of the insulation was the same as other companies. I had four other estimates and a couple of them were from major companies in the area. They wanted to do a monthly service approach which can be very expensive and also didn’t make any sense. On top of that there was one company that was very cheap, under $200 and then you pay for follow up visit. He put out some rat traps on the outside of the house and threw all kinds of rat poison in the attic just randomly. You are not absolutely supposed to do that. He said that they will all die in the walls. We clearly had a really bad smell in the house. I thought that it was a really bad way to do. He didn’t inspect the place or close up holes. It was total waste of money. So I went to Wildlife Removal Service. Eric was the guy who came. He told us what he recommends. He is a young guy who works like seven days a week. He inspected the house and the attic. He inspected the exterior. He proposed what made sense to us. I asked if he did the monthly service thing and he said that it was not necessary. He said that we can just replace our own poison traps ourselves. He closed the holes in the exterior and made other recommendations. He came back after two weeks and double checked the area. He cleared out any captured rats. He did a very methodical approach and was available for questions in between the one or two visits. He was very good. He had a sub contractor do the insulation. They were very good and efficient. Sometimes you sign a contract and occasionally there is the bait and switch thing. They didn’t do any of that either. It was very straightforward and very accommodating for my schedule. I would highly recommend them. He was much cost conscientious than the major companies. He didn’t try to sell me services that either duplicated each other or didn’t make sense. Others offer you choices but some of them don’t make sense based on what they claim the basic service. Eric doesn’t jerk you around trying to offer you stuff that just don’t make sense. I spent a week doing research on the internet and checking university sites about what they said is needed. I panicked because I had a big family reunion and I didn’t want rats running around.

This company left me and the squirrels high and dry! It's not easy to find a company to do HUMANE squirrel removal. This was one of two companies in San Diego County that does this. After some discussion with the principal, he just decided that he wanted nothing to do with the job. It was too involved. Not so angry with him about walking away from the job. But I am angry about the unprofessional way he did it. AT THE END OF THE DAY, NOT HUMANE TO THE SQUIRRELS! (The $4000.00 above would have been for the humane removal and relocation of 100 squirrels.)

We had the inspection and work estimate one weekend. The work performed the next weekend over a two day period. We haven't seen a snake in the backyard since the new fencing was installed. The company owner did a very good job and was very professional.

They did a very good job. Prices were good. The animal was removed well and I was very happy. I had somebody to remove the skunk and after I checked out where they were located they took care of the source. I would use their services in the future.

I was in a panic because I had been terrorized by this skunk for a few days, he was relentless in trying to get into/under my house. I had tried everything myself to no avail. I should have gone straight to the professionals. I called a couple of wildlife removal services and Eric was by far the least expensive and he made me feel more at ease on the phone that this was something that could be taken care of very easily. He showed up about an hour or so later, did a search of the property for the skunk and set a couple of traps. He told me to just call when we got something, which I am happy to say we got it that night. I called Eric the next AM and again he was there within the hour to remove the skunk. Eric also said he could make a better door for my crawl space to keep out any future skunks. He returned the following day (a Sunday) to get that done. He is very professional, very polite. I couldn't have been happier. I would highly recommend him.
