Mr. Nowlin did a really amazing job of removing scratches that were throughout the entire top of a dining room table. I was initially planning to replace the table, due to all the scratches, but after he completed the work, I decided to keep it. The transformation changed my mind. He was professional, pleasant and honest. He arrived exactly when he said he would and completed the job within the timeframe in which he indicated. We enjoyed taking to him while he worked. His price was reasonable and as mentioned above, his work was "amazing". I would highly recommend him.

I found Mr Nowlin through Service Magic. My inquiry was answered very quickly. He repaired an ugly gouge in a piece of wooden furniture. He came to our home--very important since this object is too large and awkward to take to a shop. He was pleasant, cheerful, and personable. He "underpromised and overdelivered", warning me that it might not look too great. It certainly was challenging He is an old fashioned craftsman with integrity. He allowed me to watch him at his work, which is that of an artist. The repair is completely invisible when viewed from one angle. From the other it appears as a darker spot in the grain. If you didn't know what to look for, you might well not notice it at all. I thought his charge was actually low for such expertise. I am very happy with the result and can confidently recommend him.
