First, Michael told me how long the project would take, approximately 2 days. Second, he showed up when he said and started the difficult task of hanging drywall in a very tall & tight opening. He also had to make some adjustments to the wood framing and did not charge extra. The work that Michael did was perfect, and I knew this would be the case. Why? Because I have used him on other projects and recommended him to many clients and friends. I have not seen another drywall contractor in town who is as detailed, careful, friendly and clean! Drywall work is very dusty, but not when you hire Mr. Hartman. Before he started my project, he setup a plastic tent (called "Zip Walls") around the areas he was working and installed a plastic walkway on the floors leading to the outside. So, when he left, my wife and I had very little cleanup. Most of the dust was actually from installing the skylight, not the drywall! So, go with the best! You'll love working with Michael Hartman!
