Wendy Leigh Handywoman Kitchen & Bath Remodeling

Wendy called me back promptly (within the hour). She came by the same day to look at the door frames. Wendy was very honest and told me that she would not do the repair because she would end up charging us more than it is worth because I could do the job myself. She told me exactly how to repair the frames and showed me what tools to use. She did not charge me for the consultation and would not take any money for her advice. I really appreciate her honesty and would definitely hire her in the future.

She didn't do it right so I had to let her go. She was never on time and she didn't know what she was doing when she got here even thought she already saw the project. It was beyond her ability and she was very clear about that. Half way through the project it was like, "What do you mean you don't know what you are doing?". It was a a little surprising.

Our experience with her was very positive. She did everything by herself. She did call an electrician but most of it was done by her. I thought the price was fair. We had a very good relationship with her.

We hired Wendy to do a complete remodel of our kitchen. She made numerous useful suggestions that we wouldn't have considered. We are very pleased with the result and highly recommend her.

She has done a bunch of work for me. The pricing has been reasonable. She is very reliable and does excellent quality at a very good price. She is basically able to do any job that I've asked her to do and she has done it very well.

Wendy not only gutted the units by herself, but made suggestions for the overall design of the rental units. She picked out the cabinetry, flooring, bathroom fixtures, etc. and installed everything. She made recommendations for exterior landscaping and built a gate for the backyard. The job took about three months due to unexpected plumbing issues (which she took charge of). The total cost came out way below all other estimates and I was able to rent the units for significantly more than the going rate in the area. I've been using Wendy exclusively for issues that come up with the units and can't recommend her highly enough.
