Weekend Maids

We requested service on Wednesdays anytime after 3:30. Several months later the cleaners came earlier than the agreed upon time so no one was home. Instead of coming back when they were suppose to or even the next day, they charged us $40 penalty! I called, they apologized and we rescheduled. They threw in a discount and I got the name of someone who said she would handle our account personally. We weren't trying to be jerks but we really need them to come after 3:30 and offered to part ways if it was not a good fit with their schedule. She assured me it was ok. Next appt they left a voicemail again confirming an earlier time. I emailed my contact and got it bounced back. All emails were bounced back. Left a voicemail and worried that they may be shady since they have my cc # so blocked them from future charges on my card. Got a call back from someone else the next day again apologizing but never explaining why none of their emails work. I told her I just want to cancel service. 2 weeks later, someone calls us again to confirm a cleaning appt. We told her we cancelled weeks ago. Crazy! They just can't seem to get their act together. Should've been such an easy thing but turned out to be such a mess.
