The workers were punctual and professional, and the demolition process was excellent. BUT I was not happy with the quality of the concrete, as they chose to pour it in the rain, and today it has a very scarred appearance and is easily damaged if you drop something on it. We are already discussing covering the concrete with something else. The lighting they installed failed to work about a month after installed AND the fence they installed hasn't opened for months.

Greg and his crew are fantastic. Greg is very detail oriented. I got multiple bids, and I felt Greg's was the most detailed, which showed that he thought about all the small steps involved in the job, e.g. he thought about removing the existing concrete pads and possibly moving the existing irrigation outlets. His plans were very professional, and our HOA approved our project within 2 weeks, while all of our neighbors have been held up for months. Greg's plans were detailed and polished, and ultimately, we discovered the construction work is, too. Greg was at the site every day checking up on things. Whenever I mentioned anything (even just a small comment), Greg would immediately see that it was corrected or he did something to address the issue. For example, I was concerned about drainage in the back portion of the yard, and Greg added additional drains without any hesitation.The concrete work is great. They were very careful to get the grade just right, and they made everything in the complicated path line up. The crew was fantastic. They would clean up every day. Other neighbors had piles of dirt and garbage around during their projects. During our project, it was hard to tell anything was going on. They guys would clean up equipment each day and put them in neat piles in the area. They did not leave trash or piles of dirt anywhere. They never cluttered our driveway. Our daily lives were not affected at all. The finished job is exceptional. Greg really listens to all of your concerns, and he is very detail-oriented. Once, I noticed something at the end of the day and make a note to tell Greg the next morning, but he already noticed it the next morning and had it corrected before I got out there! I didn't worry at all about whether the crew was doing a good job because Greg has higher standards than I do!

They repaired my concrete porch, installed a new fence and walkway, and did plantings. It looks like I have a brand new house. They were clean and did a great design. They were professional and all the workers were good.
