We needed to replace a failing retaining wall along the curb of our home. Gregory helped us understand our options, made a plan that matched our needs (textured block wall with concrete footing for long term stability), and gave a very fair quote. The Veria Construction team completed the work ahead of schedule, and did a great job. I would happily refer Veria Construction to a friend, or contact them again for a next project.

We found Gregory to be honest and we could count on him to do a good job. He is a hard worker and always prompt. We highly recommend him.

The fence started out fine, unfortunately Greg did not take the time to do a professional job on our neighbors side. Metal fence posts were not cut to a proper length, poor quality paint job, boards not fully painted and needed a second coat to professionally cover wood, holes from previous posts were not filled in, large rocks were left behind, left a bucket w/ water in neighbors yard, therefore he didn't complete the job. When we called to ask him to complete job, he text back and said he'd get to it next week. Called each day, no reply. Finally 6th day sent unprofessional text message. Two days later helper came by to clean up. Too late we had taken a full day ourselves to properly ensure our neighbor had a quality job done to ensure their satisfaction. Very disappointed overall. Cannot recommend him

Greg worked with our materials (leftover Trex) and our budget, providing the stairs and small deck needed for our backyard's bank. He arrived promptly, on time as promised and started the job soon after we agreed to hire him. We are very pleased.

I needed to replace an old deck that was falling apart and to coordinate the project with repainting the house and some related fence work. Expecting to need separate estimates, Greg, the first contractor who visited was able to provide bids on all projects. His estimate was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of materials. i know this for certain as I received additional estimates and always asked about the materials. Greg is very knowledgeable and does quality work. The deck is rock solid and looks great! He also had a solution for every preparation issue that needed to be addressed prior to the house painting (and there were quite a few). If you're looking for value, Veria Construction should be at the top of your list.

Updating this because every day I look through large spaces of my brand new fence. Turns out wood shrinks and if you don't have a lot of experience building fences (which I was only told after the job was done) I guess these problems can happen very quickly...couldn't let my conscience not update this review to a more fair star number based on the issues just a few short months later. Original post: This was a very easy decision for my fence project. Price worked and Greg is very down to earth and easy to communicate with. Fence looks great. Big thumbs up.

Greg removed and replaced my wood stairs and did an excellent job. He was prompt in getting the job done as promised and was very professional and honest. I'd use him again and will refer him to friends and family.

Greg is very professional and knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. He and his workers work in a very professional manner. He is very honest and trustworthy. He also has a great team to pull this project together. We have a very large deck, I believe about 1,000 sq. Ft. and used the composite wood. The deck is beautiful. He definitely does high quality work. I can definitely recommend Gregory and his company. You will not be disappointed.

Greg and his team were very professional, honest and courteous. They created a beautiful redwood deck to replace the old rotted deck we previously had. He was open to customizing the job and settled for nothing but quality work and craftsmanship. Greg will go out of his way to make the project right for you. We hope he will be our "go to" contractor for all our major house projects in the future.

I got Vera to rebuild my deck but had major problem with stairs so ended up doing that first and deck later. On both jobs Vera exceeded specifications and I ended up with very solid construction that will last many years to come. I would definitely recommend Vera Construction.

Greg and his team did an amazing job building our 750sqft deck. We were able to come to Greg with our vision and he gave us small tweaks up front that would improve the look and quality of the deck. During the process we decided to add electrical outlets and raise the deck a few inches. This was also no problem. Greg and his team were amazing flexible and great to work with. We will be sure to recommend him to all our friends and call him when we have our next project.

I wanted more than a handyman throwing down pavers and slapping a deck together. Not only did they know the proper way to lay pavers -- including digging out and adding compacted layers underneath, and built a very sturdy shade structure and a deck with a cat enclosure, both structures are elegant. They did an excellent job both with the building and the design.

Veria Construction and it's owner did a very good job for us. Owner Greg Gianousopoulos was able to deal with a complicated project involving plumbing, driveway widening and retaining wall replacement on a 112 year old house. He is definitely a problem solver and I'll be using him again. He and his crew were friendly and professional and they were there when they said they would be.

Veria did an honest days work for a fair price. I would not hesitate to call on him again if needed.
