+ 0 moreCarlos fixed all the issues and it has been issue free for over a year. He is very professional and thorough and reasonable with his prices. I would not hesitate to use him again and have referred him to others.
Description of Work: We purchased a renovated house and the Rinnai installed by the owner was not installed correctly. The hot water heater would not stay on. Carlos identified the problem instantly and also pointed out additional areas of installation that were not to code and would present problems in the future. Carlos re-routed the exhaust, remediated the 3/4 gas feed to 1 inch gas feed to the unit and added a condensation line to the outside.

+ 0 moreVery well done. I had Verday replace our old tanked water heater with a brand new Rinnai tankless water heater some time ago. I decided to go with Verday since they were an authorized installer/service provider for Rinnai and they had good reviews on Yelp. Their installation was perfect. Carlos and Mike came to my home on time, and installed a new water heater quickly and cleanly. Their price was very reasonable, too. This was good enough for five stars, but their service did not stop here. Unfortunately we had some issue with the water heating system at our home later. That was our home's unique problem, and it was nothing to do with their installation. But when I reached out Carlos for suggestions, he not only answered many questions from me but also came to my home to see the problem and gave me valuable suggestions. Carlos is very knowledgeable, and he is kind, too. Thanks to Carlos, the water heating system at our home is working very well now. They are very trustworthy professionals, and I strongly recommend Verday for anybody's water heater need.
