air duct cleaning
 + -1 moreThe problem is, the technician recommended me to replace air filter, which is their product. It seems nice, so I order it and paid at the time of service. Since then, I call this company many times asking when they will deliver this air filter, but they never do. They never return any phone call to me, even they promise to do so. I asked them to give my money back, but they haven't. I simply got ripped off. I'm still trying to find out what is going on, but more than half of time I hear excuses saying their computer is down, manager is not in today, etc. I don't know how to solve this problem yet.
Description of Work: We have 11 air vents in our house. VACUVENT seems to have a good job in cleaning air ducts.
