+ -1 moreIt went beyond my expectation, Service was excellent. I had a very good experience with Utopia Management Inc., and with the Manager I dealt with Andrew. He was very professional and ensured the property was rented quicker than any of the other agency. Very impressed and will contact Utopia Management Inc. in the future.

+ -1 moreWhile they were our property manager they were fine. But after the transition to the Realty division of trying to sell our condo they were rude and unresponsive. They completely mishandled the listing. They failed to properly advertise or have open houses until we insisted upon having them. After they advised us to pay our tenant to vacate, we paid the tenant to leave so they could sell it faster. After 3 months they still wouldn't let us out of the contract after repeated requests since they couldn't sell the condo and we were unhappy with their representation. After re-listing with another agency, the condo was sold within a week.
Description of Work: They went from our property management company to our realtor to sell our condo.
