What attracted us to PC Emergency Room was the owner's guarantee that if he could not fix our problem, there would be no charge. Fortunately we didn't have to waste time looking for another company because Mr. D'Abreo did solve our problem. Overall our experience was an excellent one. Mr. D'Abreo is very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. He arrived at the agreed-upon time, went right to the computer, and worked steadily to determine the problem. He didn't waste time. He answered all our questions, explained things clearly when we asked, and also volunteered information about what we should do to take care of the computer. He was very respectful of our home; for example, he was careful not to put a glass of water on the desk, etc. Finally, he had to take the CPU with him, but he brought it back quickly. We didn't hesitate at all to let him remove the computer from our home because we trust him completely. We really loved the fact that we would not be charged if Mr. D'Abreo could not fix our computer. He did a great job and definitely is someone whose services we would use again.
Description of Work: Our computer kept shutting down. Mr. D'Abreo came to our home on a Saturday, worked on the computer for several hours, and determined that it needed a new hard drive. He took the CPU with him and returned it with new hard drive two days later. A day after that, the text seemed to be defaulting to a font size that was too hard to read. Mr. D'Abreo returned right away, fixed that situation on site, and did not charge for this subsequent visit.
