floor cleaning
+ -1 moreThe first visit was to assess the floor condition and provide us with a written quote. We received a quote in less than 24 hours. Once retained, we were given an appointment within the timeframe required. Patrizio (owner/operator) showed up on time, was prepared with every thing he needed, and got to work right away. First he applied a cleaning solution to the floors and then used a scrubber machine to loosen the dirt and grime. Then he vacuumed up that dirty water. Next he rinsed the floor with clean water and vacuumed that up. After letting the floor dry, he applied the first coat of wax and let it sit for about 40 minutes to dry. After that he applied a second coat of wax. Our quote did not include our bathroom floor but he cleaned that as well for no additional charge.
Description of Work: We had our commercial linoleum cleaned & waxed. The service included scrubbing with a cleaning solution, rinsing, moisture removal and two coats of wax. This is a very high traffic area that is exposed to foot traffic and animals.
