We can?t recommend Dean Burrows highly enough! We began working with Dean after an unpleasant experience with an agent at Prudential. Although Dean generates most of his business through personal referrals, we arrived at his doorstep of our own accord. We were drawn to him because he is an independent small business owner who lives and works in the neighborhoods that interested us most. As a broker, he not only had a vested interest in satisfying us as his clients, but he?s actually empowered to do so! Unlike our former agent, Dean listened carefully to what we wanted and never pressured us to purchase a more expensive home. When we saw a property, Dean was just as likely to point out its flaws as its positive features -- and with his extensive remodeling experience, he could suggest improvements and (just as importantly) estimate how much they would cost! Dean tells it like it is (a refreshing trait in real estate), and he?s a strong advocate for his clients. Although dealing with distressed properties can be difficult, Dean successfully navigated the short-sale process while somehow keeping us sane. He never became exasperated with my million-and-one questions, and he managed to make us laugh just when we were about to cry. We will undoubtedly use him in any future real estate transactions!
