Outstanding. Sergio Jr ( owner's son) stopped by every few days to check in. The two painters arrived on time, cleaned up each evening and were very professional. Even covered my car parked on the street to avoid spray. Very careful with protecting the neighbor's home from spray. Office staff was great to work with as well and scheduled around my availability. Job completed in 5 days as promised. Neighbors commented how nice it looks. Will probably re-hire for interior painting next year.

Very well. The painters were meticulous and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I have used this company before and will continue to use them. My daughter and son-in-law had them paint the entire interior of their house including a stair railing, fireplace, and all of the trim work. They did a very professional job--and they work fast as a team. Sergio is the owner and is very knowledgable.

We have only good things to say about Truline. We obtained four bids for our project. Truline was not the cheapest, but competitive. Their bid was the most thorough and comprehensive. That, plus competitive pricing and good Angie's List and Yelp reviews, made us choose them. Our exterior painting was a challenge, because there had been ivy on the walls that tore up the stucco, and we had done nothing for the 12 years. The wood trim was, in certain places, in very bad shape. They subbed out the carpentry work to Mendoza Carpentry, but continued to monitor the carpentry activity. They also painted a cast iron gate that needed it badly. One of the things important to us was timing. We were going to be traveling and wanted to be home when the work was being done. They convinced us that the timing, which was tight, could be achieved. Truline hit all the key factors in a successful relationship: The key to painting is the prep work, and they were meticulous. They started when they said they would; finished before the projected completion time, did first-rate work, cleaned up well each day, billed what the contract provided (there were change orders, but they were well understood and reasonable), used quality materials, and were very responsive to our phone calls and e-mails. Our main contact was Sergio, who did the initial bid and was always available in person and/or through e-mail. We very much appreciated his e-mail responsiveness as it is annoying to play telephone tag with a busy service provider. We have invited Sergio to use us as a reference. We would recommend Truline without hesitation, and use them again. I can't get the "cost of service" box below to take my number. The cost was around $15,000.

Mold was found in bathroom over the tub. The affected area was cut out. The preparation to replace involved removing surrounding wallpaper. They replaced the cut out section of drywall, taped, and applied mold -deterrernt, painted wall above and around tub and the bathroom ceiling.

I had a good meeting with the owner prior to the initiation of the project. The foreman, Francisco and his crew arrived on time every day. Good prep work. They addressed any problem areas that I brought to their attention. The price was very competitive and fair,

This project went beautifully! Two bathrooms and the kitchen ceiling needed to be skim coated. They primed the walls when it was necessary and painted all the ceilings and sidewalls in: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, kitchen, dining room, and livinng room. Besides that they painted the new base boards, the heating and cooling registers, along with the cold air return vents, and removed a window blind. There were three to four men who worked on the project for two and a half days. Just exactly what I was told by Sergio to expect. Every day they were on time or earlier, pleasant, considerate, and cleaned up after themselves. Their drywall finishing and painting skills are impressive. Before the work began the lead painter verified my color choices and the type of paint for each area. I can't say enough positive things about this company. If anyone needs this type of work done by honest and professional people don't hesitate to call. THEY ARE GREAT! THEY SHOW UP ON TIME, WORK HARD, DO BEAUTIFUL WORK, NEAT, NICE AND HELPFUL! THEY EPITOMIZE THE BEST IN THEIR TRADE. ALL THIS AT A VERY FAIR PRICE. I AM GOING TO HIRE THEM AGAIN AND I ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME.

From start to finish, this project was a breeze! Sergio came out on Thursday and reviewed what we wanted painted. He made helpful suggestions about paint and caulking. The next day we received the contract, signed and paid our deposit. His crew of 3 came out on Tuesday and we reviewed what was to be done. They went to work and 8 hours later, the areas were painted perfectly! We did a walk through and approved the work. We will use this company for all future projects, as well as refer them to our friends/family.

Sergio and the whole crew at TruLine were very responsive and helpful. All the crew members should great respect for the property and did a thoroughly excellent job. We would definitely use them again!

TruLine Painting was contacted, along with several other companies, based Angies List ratings. TruLine proved competitive in price, but of substantially greater importance, was most responsive to our interests and goals. Sergio Ibarra quickly comprehended what we wanted to do, the level of quality that we desired, the degree we expected the company to assist in color choices, and other matters unique to our concerns. The offered contract was comprehensive and ultimately only required two minor change orders to clarify some initial misunderstandings. However, TruLine otherwise accommodated several such matters without additional charge or dispute. The work progressed in a most professional way without interruption and was completed on time. During the course of the job the crew leader Julio was in constant contact with us regarding the progress and was entirely responsive to our many, many questions (it is amazing how he answered so many inquiries and still completed on time). We will require further stuccoing and painting as our landscaping project continues and TruLine Painting will be our choice of the contractor for that work.

Salvador and his crew were excellent. I cannot say enough nice things about these men. They showed up on time and were so polite. They first washed down all the walls due to the stickiness of the prior wallpaper being removed. They filled in all the imperfections, sanded the walls and put on two coats of primer.. My walls have a chair railing in the middle of each wall and they painted the top part a light green and the bottom part a darker green. The chair railing and the shutters were painted a lovely white color. All the carpets and furniture were protected with sheeting so not a drop went anywhere else. I would definitely recommend Truline Painting, Inc. and if you are lucky enough you will get Salvador and his two wonderful co-painters Isreal and Carlos. All were excellent and worked so hard for this 94 year old women.

The painter did and excellent job, and I'm amazed at how much he got done in 8 hours. Highly recommend!

We met with Ernie for an estimate and was told he would email the quote the next day. From then on we left repeated phone and email messages via the main office and never got a straight answer, just a bunch of excuses. We were even told "well, he sent it to you already...you should have it". Like its my fault. The good news is: we had to look for another contractor whom we did hire and did a fabulous job.

My tri-level house of approx 2,700 sq. ft. is 40 years old and was in desperate need of a facelift. I hired TruLine Painting to repair and paint all exterior stucco and wood trim. Also had 3 large patio covers repaired and replaced and 2 very large decks repaired and painted. Sergio was masterful in assessing the extensive damage and put together a team of talented professionals to carry out every detail to refresh my house. Rene Mendoza organized carpentry work and was meticulous and imaginative. His team put in extra hours in order to keep the job on time. Miguel Ortega coordinated all the stucco and wood repair and painting. He and his team arrived every day on time (actually early), put in a full day's work and left the yard neat and organized every day. All team workers were professional, friendly, respectful and very hard working. I am completely happy with my "new" house and would recommend TruLine to anyone who is looking for quality services at a competitive and fair price.

We had a great experience. The estimation was done promptly and accurately. The estimator was very knowledgeable in all facets of what the job required. They kept to their initial schedule for the job. The crew was always on time, professional and friendly. The crew's foreman was on site on a regular basis throughout the project and made suggestions along the way to improve the outcome of the job. The quality of work was excellent. If any issue came up it was handled promptly and professionally. A few items needed extra work (e.g. stucco work) but we were not charged for the extra labor and materials. They were not the lowest quote but were competitive and we felt the value was great. We would highly recommend them and will be using them in the near future for some indoor projects.

We had a great experience with TruLine from beginning to end. Ernie came out for the estimate and thoroughly explained their process. Their quote was very competitive and we appreciated the fact that they are licensed and fully insured. They offer a complementary consultation with Patty, their color specialist, which was helpful even though we already had a general idea of the colors we might like. After we decided on a potential palette, she brought paint samples to the house and put them on the exterior wall so we could get a better idea of what they might look like. The team that worked on our house arrived promptly every day, worked very hard, and were always very professional. They were very thorough in their prep work and showed great attention to detail in their painting. Sergio, the CEO, would stop by periodically to ensure that the work met his exacting standards. He also provided good counsel when we had some misgivings about one of our color choices (and we are now very happy with the color). He also took the extra step of re-painting the roof vents to better blend with our roof shingles. When we encountered a problem with the stain that was applied to our backyard fencing, Sergio worked to resolve the issue. (It turned out that the stain manufacturer had provided them with the incorrect product -- the company gave TruLine a semi-solid stain even though they had requested a semi-transparent stain.) Unfortunately the TruLine team had to strip the fence and re-stain it, which was definitely a chore for them, but we were at least glad that the paint manufacturer took responsibility and covered the cost of the labor. We are extremely pleased with the final results, and so are our neighbors! We've received several compliments, both on the new look of our home and on the professionalism of TruLine. I'd definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them for future painting projects.

These guys did an amazing job painting my house! Their attention to detail, especially painting my newly installed baseboard and crown molding, was outstanding. Perfectly straight lines throughout the house, no detail was overlooked. These guys are the best painters I have ever hired by far. Highly recommended!

Truline did a great job at a good price. The crew was skilled, professional, and easy to work with. They worked hard to ensure I was completely satisfied. Ernie was my initial contact person and he was professional, courteous, and helpful. Patty was really good at helping me pick house colors and painted test patches on the wall for me to evaluate. Overall, I couldn't be happier with TruLine!

I requested an estimate online and they contacted me the next business day. Ernie came out a few days later and then emailed me the proposal. They were able to start the work at the end of the next week. I didn't know what colors I wanted and so their color consultant, Patty, came out to help. She made suggestions based on what I was thinking and then went to get samples of the colors. Salvador and Freddy came on a Friday to do the power washing. On Monday they prepped the house. On Wednesday they were ready to begin the actual painting. However, before they started painting, Sergio, the CEO, came to check things out. Salvador and Freddy did a great job painting the house. It was obvious that they take pride in the work that they do. Several days after they had finished, I noticed a little of the trim color had gotten on the bottom of the garage door. I emailed and asked if there was something I could do to remove it, but they had Salvador come back and take care of it. He wanted to make sure that I was happy with his work. Everyone I met was extremely professional and committed to making sure I was getting what I wanted and was happy with their work. Everyone was also very helpful and they all responded to emails and phone calls very quickly. I was impressed with the whole company and with the work that they did.

I would give this team 10 stars if I could. Excellent in all areas. The quality of the their work was excellent. The attention to detail, the professionalism and the willingness to ensure we were 150% happy with all their work was amazing. One of the best service experiences I have ever had. I recommend without hesitation. Really fair pricing and really good guys!

Things went very well. The painter arrived at the appointed time, was personable, & a good worker. He did everything I asked. Well worth the money.If I have anyone do painting for me again, I will make sure I cover furniture to make sure no fine splatter gets on anything. This was a minor problem. For the work he did & the amount he accomplished I would hire him again without a second thought.

Sergio came out first and advised me what kind of paint to purchase etc. Truline Painting is very professional. the painter was fabulous and did an excellent job. I would recommend TRULINE and would have them come out again.

Excellent. I had several companies give me estimates. Ernie from Truline made me feel the most comfortable. I was a little nervous because I wanted to completely change the color of my home. Patty came out with several samples and helped me narrow down the color. I am very happy with the color, the workmanship, and the whole experience. I will hire them when I am ready for interior painting.
