The owner of the company made an appointment with me to review what would be needed to do the job. He was punctual, professional and offered suggestions as I asked for them. His workman arrived on time, on the date I selected for the work. The painter was very courteous, worked diligently and neatly. As I reviewed his progress of the job, I noticed he had no paint spills or splatters anywhere, he was so neat. When he was finished, he gathered his used paint brushes and other equipment and said he would take them home for the cleanup. He finished ahead of the time schedule set for himself so he painted other areas like doors and trim in other areas of my home. The owner suggested this in order to give me the eight hours I had paid for. It was so nice to deal with such an honest businessman. I plan to use this company again and I do not hesitate to recommend TruLine Paint to my neighbors and friends.

Where do I begin? My experience with Truline was absolutely amazing. I was overwhelmed by the service Sergio and his team provided. Truline was referred to me by Harry's Painting. I didn't initially call them, but Stephanie was persistent and called me several times for an opportunity to win my business. Had Sergio come out to take a look. He was very easy to talk to and made suggestions on where to spend money and where to save money. I didn't feel pressured at all. He is very knowledgeable and walked me through each step of the way. The project took longer than expected, but I was more concerned with the quality than the speed. He addressed all my concerns as they came up. During our project, I asked him for a referral to do additional work. He referred me to a quality Handy Man, Rene, who installed crown molding, over 40 recessed lights, laundry room counter tops. Truline worked with Rene so that the finish product met me expectations. Even after the work was completed, I expressed concern to Sergio that I was not satisfied with the laundry room cabinets, he had a painter work overtime on Saturday to address my concern at no additional charge. I will absolutely hire Truline to paint the exterior of my home...they have more than won my business. Itemized expenses include: Popcorn Ceiling Removal: $3220 Painting entire interior: $3975.00 Painting Laundry Cabinets: $395.00 Fixing holes, wall patches, & paint crown molding: $1675.00 They also accept credits for payment which was great reward points.

Sergio , the owner, and Edgar arrived at the appointed time ready to work. Sergio went over all the details with us and Edgar. Edgar was very meticulous in preparation, painting and cleanup. We are extremely happy with the quality of the workmanship! Will definitely choose True Line when we need something else painted in the future.

I used the Big Deal of 199.99 painter for the day and they were very professional. They came out and did a estimate in a timely manner and suggested paint colors which I appreciated, then called later to schedule and schedule a date to provide the service. The painter they provider came on time and worked very hard the whole day, while the paint was drying on the doors he touched up other areas in the house, which was above and beyond my expections.

The property recently had major remodeling done to it. Sergio and this team did a magnificent job in repainting all structures exterior/interior.The prep work was time consuming and detailed . Sergio and his team neverr cut corners on their prep work which took a HUGE amount of time. They assisted me in selecting the appropriate colors which turned out great. They were always honest, trustworthily and on time. I interviewed 3 other painting companies before I chose TruLine. Their bid was not the cheapest bid was very reasonable. Due to the some of the antique features of my home, I really needed a company who was careful to detail and knowledgable. I could not have been happier with this company. Several weeks after the work was over, I had some questions. Sergio came right over and pointed out two areas (not included in the bid) and then offered to paint them out for me FREE! I have only great things to say about TruLine and would recommend them to anyone!

I am very pleased with the timely, professional and quality service received by Truline Painting. Stepanie was very responsive (and persistent!) in contacting me to schedule an estimate. This was despite my not being readily available to take her call. A date to conduct an estimate with Sergio was scheduled within days of speaking with Stephanie. Sergio was friendly, knowledgeable,punctual and efficient. I really appreciate his willingness to coordinate and price activities around my schedule and budget. Tony, Jose and Sergio were the crew assigned to my project and they were awesome! They arrived on time and went right to work on painting my walls, stairway, crown molding, baseboards, doors and stair rails. I contracted with Truline to paint the exterior and interior of my home. I was returning to live in the home after having it rented for thirty years! I needed a full service company that could handle surprises that might become apparent during the completion of the job. I got 4 estimates from Angie's list providers. I picked Truline because they were very professional, took the extra time to point out areas where there might be issues, provided solutions to the problem areas and they could start relatively soon. I had not moved to the house yet and was going to be out of town during most of the job. So what did they do? First they removed acoustic ceiling from the living room and retextured it to match the original walls. There was dry rot around the front door and in the patio that was replaced. They patched many holes in the walls from previous cable installations, secured /replaced molding, and painted an old cultured marble counter that was yellowed. Sergio arranged for the repair of two pocket doors that were stuck open and provided ideas on color choices and options for repair along the way. The crew did an excellent job of fixing old quick and dirty paint jobs and restoring the surfaces to like new conditions. Sergio and Stephanie were always available to consult with me and answer my questions, long distance. The crew always cleaned up and were very courteous. I can't believe how beautiful the house looks now. I feel like I am in a new home. A very important aspect of working with Truline was my instinct that they were reliable and trustworthy. I new that I would not be around the property during most of the work and needed to work with a company that I could trust. Truline fulfilled this need in addition to performing quality work. The person that came to my house to look at the job was very professional but the bid was far beyond what I expected. I am sure they do quality work it is just beyond my budget.

Sergio, Stephanie and Francisco (our painter) were so easy and pleasant to work with. Francisco was on time every day and worked quickly and efficiently. After he painted the floors of our balcony, he came back early the next morning and moved all of the furniture back in, which was very helpful to my family. Our experience with Truline was fantastic and the pricing is very fair. I highly recommend using them for your painting needs.

The painter I usually use had a fairly long waiting list so referred me to Truline. Sergio was punctual and very pleasant to work with. He brought his crew in, introduced them, then reviewed the work to be done. His crew was very nice and worked well together. Working with Sergio and Stephanie was a pleasure. This was probably the best experience I've had using a contractor for any projects I've done to our home. They were punctual, responsive and the price was very fair. I wont bother getting estimates from any other painters in the future for painting projects. TruLine will always have my business.

Truline Painting is fantastic. I didn't see their company when I looked on Angie's List. Another painter in La Mesa recommended I call Truline as he was not able to meet my time frame. Absolutely the most beautiful paint job we've ever had. We have very high ceilings in two stairwells and Truline's painters handled the task perfectly. The lines between the ceilings and walls are so precise it's unbelievable. We have asked them to come back and paint our garage after we move-in. Their price was very reasonable (over 1400 sq ft home) and they are so responsive. Hats off to Truline Painting!

I cannot recommend TruLine Painting enough. We are so happy with the job they did and would use them again in a heartbeat. They were completely professional and very easy to work with. My husband and I were in the middle of a move and a newborn and the TruLine team was able to accommodate our crazy schedule. My husband and I gave them an idea of the look we were going for but could not have achieved it without their excellent recommendations and advice on paint colors. They took the time to get it right and even went back to the paint store several times to tweak the color palette until it was something we really loved. We're also grateful for they're work on the wood paneling in our house. It's a slightly older home and we thought we were doomed to live with the old wood paneling. Luckily Sergio had a few tricks up his sleeve and was able to fill in the paneling, and then texture and paint the wall. It looks amazing! You'd never know there was paneling under there. Our new house went from having an early 80's vibe, to a fresh and updated look. Again, I can't say enough good things about Sergio and his team at Truline. They were wonderful to work with and did an incredible job. I'll be telling everyone I know about them.

I have had the chance to refer this company in the past but have not used them personaly. I am sure glad i did because they way over exceded my expicatations. They crew was amazing as well as the quality of work. Sergio, the manager, took very good care of us and made sure the job turned out 110%.
