I hired Will for an inspection at my listing. He found termites in the house. He was professional, on time, his communication was excellent, he followed up with us and sent the clearance for the escrow. He also issues a 3 year warranty which is nice. Sellers were happy as well as the buyers. He is very honest as I asked him for a 2nd opinion on a listing where the seller called another termite company and received a report for $4500. Will came out and did not find any termites and said no services were needed. Honesty!!! Love it!

He inspected, quoted a fair price which included a senior discount and completed the work in a timely manner, and also gave recommendations to avoid future infestations along with a great guarantee. My neighbor was so impressed he requested an inspection on his house. No call center or sales person. Will does it all.

Will the owner is Very friendly and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to get the job done right. When comparing his pricing with others for what he did it was much less expensive. He was in and out in one day and the treatment will last for years and comes with a 3 year warranty. Tenting doesnâ t offer that. Also it was much less work to have him treat it the way he did rather than risking exposure to the chemical they use to fumigate . In highly recommend triton pest control
