+ -1 moreTrish was very good at narrowing the field of possibilities to ones that fit our needs and wants. She never tried to sell us a home, letting us look at the home without constantly interjecting her own thoughts. She occasionally advised us not to buy a home, pointing out some concerns we might have missed. She also offered good information about the neighborhood, things we could not tell just from visiting a house. She helped us make a decision, asking the right questions to let us make a good, logical choice. Easy to work with, easy to like.
Description of Work: Trish helped us find a home to buy. She reviewed offerings in the Multiple Listing Service, called our attention to possibilities, both in the neighborhoods we were considering and a few other neighborhoods worth considering. She went with us to look at the houses, offering helpful comments. She worked with us to get a loan and get the sale through escrow. Price to us was $0; her share of commissions came from seller.
