Trinty Pool Service

Jim came to the house to check the status of our pool and spa before giving us a bid. He checked all the chemical levels and evaluated the pump. My husband and I were impressed with his knowledge and that he took the time to thoroughly explain the water testing results and the type of pump we had. We contracted with him for monthly pool service. It has been 3 weeks now and our pool looks great. He is punctual and always let's us know if he is running late. He also gives us a status update via text after he services the pool and is great with our dog.

Services my pool on a weekly basis on time rain or shine...... Wouldn't consider anyone else.....

If you own a pool and live in the Rancho Bernardo/Poway area consider calling Jim Fitzgerald owner and operator of Trinity Pool Service. We moved into our new home on a hot Saturday in August, knowing that the pool had not been attended to in at least three weeks. I was concerned about the water being stagnant, and possible build up of algae. I called a number of local pool service companies but being on a weekend most were not available and none called back in response to my voice messages. Going through a list, I finally called Trinity Pool Service. I spoke with Jim directly, and despite being a weekend and short notice, he came over within a couple of hours, had the pool cleaned and up and running. Jim is completely professional in his approach, reliable and completely committed to total customer service satisfaction. He is always looking to save his clients money and goes out of his way to find the least expensive option should you, like me, want to upgrade on control panels etc... I completely trust Jim and know he puts his clients first and foremost...
