Instead of getting what I paid for I got one guy who hopped on my roof for about 3 hours. I called them and asked about why they had broken their contract. I told him I wasn't going to pay the full price and he told me he was going to sue me if I didnt pay him in full.

They were good and they spent a lot of time here in giving us all the information. They had samples with them which was good. Issac who was the field manager came out to show me the entire portfolio of his company. He gave me a lot of information of what licenses they had, the national owner's association and the other things as well. He was very open and upfront. He was very good and explained everything. He took his time and stayed about 3 hours in my house. He gave information as to how long the company was there, whether there was a guarantee on the materials and the labor and also about the insurance. He gave me the option of asking people for whom he had done work. He had the record of people that he had worked for and he gave me the liberty of putting their names, numbers and calling them to ask them about the services provided to them which was pretty good. I haven't got anything like that from a company before. Triangle Construction does all sorts of things, as they are into the construction and remodeling business. The price that was quoted was good, as it was a couple of thousand dollars less than the other company and there was also a rebate included. They also stay on the job site to make sure that everything is fine. Their responsiveness was very good and my overall experience with them was very good too. They said that they would even clean my rugs after the work was done. They were also willing to drive me around the area to show me the workmanship that they had done for others. In fact, the field manager would be coming out today to do that. They were even willing to do a lot of repair work like doors and other things for me. I would use their services in the future too.
