Travis Connely

Travis is amazing. He designed cabinets for us, including really cool hidden mirror and wine storage and creative pantry. He's really a great, talented guy. High quality cabinets, wonderful to work with.

I used them because everyone else I contacted fell into the category of providing preliminary information, talking to me and taking information or getting a commitment but ultimately fell through with the commitment; they never responded to my phone calls after that. Travis Connely was the one that did follow through and I have no way of knowing if I would have got as good a company to work with. I completed the project with them and don’t have any complaints other than the fact that they have a bigger shop though I did not see other peoples shop. Their shop was big enough to be busy so there were some delays involved but ultimately the work was done and I was happy with it. They told me that it would be a custom made closet but I ended up spending a lot more money on it compared to what his customers would normally end up spending on it. When I started with this project I really did not think that we were heading in the direction of getting custom fine furniture done but that is apparently the way it turned out. These guys ended up losing money because perhaps I would have paid a lot more if it had to be the correct one. It was a custom closet that Travis himself did; it was typically beyond what they normally do because it was more like furniture making as opposed to cabinetry per say. The only down side was that things were taking time primarily because they were busy. If anyone wants something special or want something done in a certain way then they would have to put up with it; I am holding this against them. I don’t have anything to compare their prices with but I ended up spending three times as much as I thought I would have had to spend but on the other hand when I made the changes it made sense that it was going to be more expensive. The quality of their work is fine.

Travis was a pleasure to work with. After looking at the project, he suggested changes to the designer's drawing of the cabinets that worked beautifully. His estimate was detailed and his price was very fair. The cabinets were built within a week offsite and the installation was very efficient. We couldn't be happier with the end product and would highly recommend Travis.
