TR Construction Roofing Painting & Remodel were very professional and did a good job. They were quick and punctual. I would give them an "A" in general.

I have used them twice. The last time was during a rain storm and they were extremely quick in getting out here and patching the roof. I was very satisfied with the work they did.

From the fisrt call to TR and down to the last clean up job, TR are professionals through and through. Called TR because my roof was leaking for the second time in a year, so I knew it was time to replace the paper under the tile. Tony came out and gave me an estimate anda thorough explanation of what the work would include. Even after our first meeting, he answered all of my additional questions through the phone and in person (he came out a second time to show me the paper he will be installing). I had a lot of questions mainly because there is a larg amount of money involved. TR estimate was higher than some of the other contractors, but the phrase "you get what you paid for" definitly holds true here. The work was done quickly. The crew showed up on time and finished on time. More importantly, they cleaned up after themselves after every day and not just after the work is done. Jaime is extremely friendly, he dealt with my barage of questions and me over he shoulder while he was working. Extremely good guy.

Im in law, and I'd worked in construction defect law for a while. One of the construction defect attorneys I was working with had recommended this contractor, they'd done her roof a few years earlier and she was happy with their work. I had done some digging and they passed the "smell test" as being a reputable business providing a quality product. Their bid was competitive with others I had received for the repair work, and based on the recommendation I'd received I chose them. The work was done quicky, efficiently, and with a level of organization and coordination that impressed me. The guys showed up on time, did what they were supposed to do, and moved on. The demolition crew worked quickly and they cleaned up after themselves constantly. The work crew was on site as the demolition crew was leaving, and the materials arrived as needed throughout the project, ensuring there was no down time or time wasted waiting for someone else. The crews were happy, joking and laughing as they worked, but they never wasted time or slacked off. They cleaned up after themselves constantly (my front parking area has never been that clean since) and always acted in a profesional and courteous manner. The interior work was handled in the same professional manner as the exterior work, and I am happy with the results. Even when I changed my mind on a paint color for a specific area, the repainting charge was minor and I was happy with the results. The follow-up inspection checked on details like paint drips, quality of work, cleanup and overall satisfaction. They wanted me to be happy, and I am. I have some exterior stucco and painting work to do, and I will definitely contact T&R when I am ready to do that job as well.

We contracted with TR Construction to do a renovation on our home in 2009, which involved a new addition; re-roofing, insulating and stuccoing the entire structure; replacing windows and doors; and redoing the majority of the electrical and plumbing throughout the house. Tony and his crew did an excellent job and were able to complete the work within budget and on schedule, all the while with a positive, "can-do" attitude. With any job this significant there can be additional work required to get the job done right. TR construction staff was able to quickly react to the additional work called for and provide the right team to get the job done. We would recommend TR Construction for your renovation project.

Fantastic! From the minute Tony Rosetti walked into our home he demonstrated professionalism & straightforwardness. Once the price was set, that was it. No nickel & diming for extras. He saved us money by giving us suggestions where appropriate. Everyone that works for T.R. Roofing is the same way. What a great company & crew. We are so pleased with the roofing project that we are now having him remodel our kitchen & bathrooms. My husband & I cannot say enough good things about Tony's company. Keep up the good work T.R. Roofing & crew!

One of the worst experiences of our lives. Maintained a daily log and took daily pictures of progress. Appearance of finished bathroom satisfactory to us; however: 1. Owner of TR Construction made numerous promises and guarantees prior to our signing contract. Subsequently, most promises/ guarantees were ignored by him and his employees. 2. So-called job foreman was excellent electrician but totally incompetent as a job foreman. Did not supervise workers properly, directed unqualified workers to perform work outside their expertise, did not follow up on complaints in a timely manner. 3. So-called Field Supervisor also did not supervise properly, arbitrarily installed bathroom hardware without first consulting us, and continually made excuses for why their employees had to repeatedly return to correct discrepancies. 4. Owner and employees exhibited little consideration for us during remodel, showing up late on a consistent basis, showing up unannounced, or not showing up at all

TR Roofing did a very good job. Demolition required was very extensive because of age of the house-poor quality of old roof. They expertly handled extra demolition work. Supposed to tarp the attic better, but that did get resolved. Tony the owner was very knowledgeable & friendly, & was able to adjust the work based on what he saw during the project. The price was expensive but very reasonable compared to a quote we got last year. Only flaw with TR is communications! It was hard to schedule because of rain & his office did not always call. The crew that showed first day did not seem aware of the full scope of work in the contract. They did great work after all was cleared up. On subsequent days, crews showed up with non-English speakers, so it was very hard to figure what they were doing. But they did very nice work, were friendly & polite, & cleaned up. Nice new attic fan. The patched section of roof-especially well done. Never provided requested drip metal or extra quote.

ESTIMATOR WAS FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL. WORKED WITHIN MY SCHEDULE, AND FINISHED THE JOB WEEKS EARLIER THAN ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED. ACTUALLY REPAIR PERSON WAS ALSO VERY, VERY POLITE, AND PROFESSIONAL.

FIRST OF ALL THE JOB DID NOT START ON TIME AND I HAD TO MAKE CALLS TO GET THE PROCESS GOING. ONCE THE WORK DID START THERE WERE DELAYS. THE WORK OCCURRED DURING THE RAINS AND THEY LEFT THE FLASHING EXPOSED. CALLS WERE MADE PRIOR TO IT RAINING BUT WAS TOLD THAT ALL WAS GOOD. ALL WAS NOT GOOD. IT LEAKED ALL OVER THE HOUSE. AS FAR AS PROFESSIONALISM IS CONCERNED, I DON'T BELIEVE CUSSING AND URINATING IN THE FRONT YARD QUALIFIES AS BEING PROFESSIONAL. ONCE THE WORK WAS 'COMPLETED', THE FLAT ROOF STILL LEAKED AND IT WAS ONLY 6 MONTHS OLD. TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK REGARDING THE LEAK HAS BEEN PAINFUL AT BEST. IT'S BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS SINCE MY INITIAL CALL AND STILL THE ROOF IS LEAKING. FOR THIS JOB I WOULD GIVE THEM AN 'F' AND THAT'S BEING KIND.
