Description of Work: Back in January of 1999 they installed a new roof on my home. Subsequent to that, a leak occured in 2012. I called them and they came out immediately and fixed the problem. Some debris had collected on the roof in a valley and they took care of the problem charging me nothing. I would use them again.

Description of Work: TR Construction did a very good job: (1) removed old metal shingle roof and repaired rotten and termite damaged wood, (2) installed great looking new roof and vents, (3) stripped off old paint on house stucco, (4) repaired old blistered stucco damaged by moisture, (5) put in new weep screed around house, (6) applied new color stucco on house, (7) installed seamless gutters around house and (8) installed new front and rear door lamps. About a year later, I called Tony Rosetti and he gladly referred me to someone to install a wall heater for about half of what they wanted at Home Depot. At first I thought the price from TR Construction was a bit high but then I heard about other people paying more for lower quality work. TR Construction was very professional and did a quality job at a reasonable price. The work was actually done in 2010 but the service date calendar on this form only goes back to 2011. Bottom line, yes, I recommend TR Construction and would use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced the roof on my house in 2007 The procedure took a lot longer then I expected. When I tried to locate someone to please come and finish the project, they did not answer, or were on a different project or location. The workers were courteous enough and did a good job, but left a lot of debris behind like nails. since I have a pool and grandchildren, that was a concern for bare feet.

Description of Work: Repaired leaks on roof and replaced several broken tiles. Staff and worker was professional and friendly and repaired the leak but they failed to replace all of the broken and cracked tiles.

Description of Work: They put on a new roof. They also painted the outside of our house and put in some new gutters gutters. We put in some new moldings and they installed some solartubes too. They did a tile roof. I have a big roof (7,000 square feet), and everything took about 2 weeks. The gutters took a day, and the painting took the longest.It was excellent! I had an incredible experience. The guys were nice, respectful, and courteous. If there was an issue, it was easily and quickly resolved. They were right in the middle, price-wise - but the quality of the work was exceptional. They did everything that they were supposed to do. These guys have integrity.

Description of Work: They replaced a section of an outer wall which was destroyed by a tree. Excellent work and very fast.
