They're absolutely wonderful. They are outstanding. Their prices are very reasonable. You don't have to have a minimum. You can take one box full of paper over and have it shredded or they'll come pick up if you've got a lot of them. For me the important thing is that I can take one or two boxes over and I don't have to wait until I have a minimum of X number of boxes. They also have a little bit extra expense and you can watch them shred your papers. However I trust them so thoroughly that I don't need to do that anymore. They are just the premier service and I highly recommend them. I've used hem for years. They are the one company that I know my things are going to be shredded and other than that any other company I've ever used I want to see it happen, otherwise I am skeptical.

They were professional and efficient and nice to deal with. Each box takes about 2-4 minutes depending on the density of paper. There was no wait when I went so they shredded my material right away. Plenty of parking and easy to find their business.

Once I got to the "right" person, it went fine.

They sent me a certificate of destruction by email. If I'd wanted to watch them do the job it would have cost a little more. Very easy.

Prompt and courteous service. They appreciate your business. You can watch your docs being shredded or just leave them.

I gave the box to them and I watched as they put all the papers into a very large shredding. It shredding the documents in a matter of minutes. Would have taken me hours on my shredder at home. They even accepted a coupon for 20% off that I found online. I would recommend them highly!

The customer service was so bad I left before completion of services. The lady at the counter was surly and argumentative. Communication was non-existent. Parking was difficult. Despite their advertising, appointments are needed for cross cutting - or so the argumentative young lady told me.

Took in three file boxes. There were two options. 1. you stay there and can watch as your items are shred. 2. you leave and are mailed certificates stating you items were shred. Very courteous and professional. As we were leaving they were already outside helping another customer. Definitely will use them again in the future!

Service was courteous and quick. The price charged was what I had been told. This facility is professional and i will definitely use them again if I have documents to shred.

I had 2 boxes of old personal papers to shred. I have used Total Secure shredding before, and appreciated both the price, the expediency of the service, and mostly the fact that I can stand and watch all the papers being shred. This is the absolute best place to go if you have some shredding and want to make sure it is shred quickly. They are less expensive than any other place I have used or checked out. Appreciate the service.

I could not be more pleased than I am today with the shredding service Total Secure Shredding Inc. performed for me yesterday at my storage unit off Mission Gorge Road. I am in my 82nd year, and it is a big understatement for me to say those 74 boxes of old out-of-date office files were an albatross around my neck. I did know how to get rid of them because I can no longer lift heavy boxes of files. A month ago I decided to relocate up to the SFO Bay Area to be nearer family. But I had those damned files. Fortunately, I have hired a husband/wife duo of Professional Move Organizers, Kevin and Lynn Hall, from the company "Clutter-No-More." (see my review on Angie's list) who found this company for me. I made one call and the very able assistant set it up for the very next day. Kevin met the driver at the storage unit at the appointed time and in warp-speed the "albatross" was dispatched! Easy, fast, clean = PERFECT. And by the way, the service is a terrific value. and I did not have to lift a finger!! I am giving this company Angie's list straight 'A' s recommendation.

It was easy. I loved the website. It persuaded me, along with Angie's list, that this company is worthy of trust. We were offered the chance to watch the shredding process through a viewing window or simply to receive a certificate of destruction. I opted to have the certificate emailed and that was done promptly. The price was very low. Good experience.

The company was prompt, courteous and paid attention to the details- making sure no papers were left undone.

It was pretty cheap. The paper they shredded was a relatively modest amount. They have a flat rate where you can bring in a certain measurement. It is pretty well defined on their website. I think it was one box for that flat rate and you can put in as much as you can in that box. I went to their place of business and they have a single location. When I walked in, I told them what I wanted, one of their personnel came and took it and asked if I wanted to watch while it was shredded. I watched them do it and I paid and I was done. It took less than 5 minutes. I was very happy with the service.
