+ -1 moreI CALLED FOR A QUOTE ON REPLASTERING AND REMODELING OF AN EXISTING POOL. THE PERSON I SPOKE TO WAS CORDIAL, BUT NOT INTERESTED IN THE JOB. HE ALSO WAS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH ANY REFERRALS TO OTHER COMPANIES WITH THE CLOSING COMMENT THAT NOBODY WOULD LIKELY BE INTERESTED IN SUCH A ''SMALL JOB'' (I ESTIMATE THIS TO COST AROUND $10K, GO FIGURE!)

+ -1 moreTOTAL CUSTOM POOLS WASN'T THE CHEAPEST BUT CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. AND, AFTER SEEING OTHER POOLS THAT THEY HAD DONE AND LEARNING OF THE EXCELLENT REPUTATION THEY HAD WITH ONE OF THE LOCAL CITY BUILDING DEPARTMENTS, WE KNEW WE COULD TRUST THEM. NOT KNOWING EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED, THEIR DESIGNER WORKED DILIGENTLY WITH US TO CREATE THE PERFECT LOOK FOR OUR BACKYARD WHICH INCLUDED A LANDSCAPE SLIDE. THE CONTRACT, BONDS, WORK ORDERS AND LIENS WERE ALL EXECUTED AND FINALIZED IN A TIMELY MANNER. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND HANDS ON AND EXTENDED AS-NEEDED POST CONSTRUCTION. TOTAL CUSTOM POOLS IS A VERY REPUTABLE POOL COMPANY IN OUR AREA AND WE ARE GLAD TO BE PART OF THE THEIR CUSTOMER BASE.
