Simeona directs a crew of 2-3 women who have been cleaning my home for about 3 years. I have a small 1150 square foot house which means that within 1 1/2 to 2 hours they have completed their work. They do a thorough job, are friendly but professional and, most important to me, are very dependable - in all the time they have been working for me they have never missed a scheduled appointment.

Simeona and her team of house cleaning professionals do an outstanding job. She has been cleaning my house for a year and a half on a bi-weekly basis. She is always prompt and professional and my house is sparkling from top to bottom when they leave. I did see one reviewer comment about speed, I will say that she and her team are efficient AND thorough. They even wipe out my refrigerator on a rotating basis!!! I recommend her without hesitation and will continue to utilize her services for the foreseeable future.

The ladies did a thorough job.

Simeona is a treasure. She and her crew make my home an even more wonderful place to live. She's been working for me (solo in the beginning) since 1999 when we moved into our almost 100-year-old house. Because it suits my family to have our downstairs cleaned every other week, and the upstairs cleaned on alternate weeks, Simi+ work here every week. I've had housekeepers in the past, but none were nearly so detailed and welcoming of suggestions so that they can do the work just exactly as their clients wish. For example, i like to have napkins ironed really crisp and shirt collars done a certain way. Simi strives to ensure all is to my liking, and never resents my (admittedly) somewhat over zealous attention to the little things. She says my feedback makes her aware of things she can do better at others' homes--a wonderful attitude! I have recommended Simi to friends and neighbors, and she currently has on-going responsibility for three neighbors and my niece who lives a few miles away. Others friends and neighbors have called on her from time to time when they needed help and are always satisfied. I love that she is very attentive to texts and that she is willing to be flexible when i (rarely) need to make an adjustment to our regular appointment time.

Simeona and her team are great. She came to see my house before the first time they cleaned so that we could meet and agreeupon a price and a day to start. She and two members of her team arrived on time on the designated day and did a very thorough, top to bottom cleaning of my 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2000 SqFt house. They've been back 3 times and we're very happy with their work. We'll continue to have them come every other week going forward. I would highly recommend her to you.

Simeona Torres and her cleaning team arrived promptly on time. They spent 3 hours working non-stop cleaning my home. I was impressed with everyone's work ethic, polite demeanor, and care they took with the fragile items. They were very thorough and very professional. I've used and quot;chainand quot; cleaning companies in the past, in my experience the prices are high and the quality of work is okay. In the case of Torres Housecleaning, I find her prices to be reasonable and the quality of work to be excellent. I can honestly say that my house has never been cleaner. I will be having Torres Housekeeping clean my home bi-weekly.

Torres Housekeeping services is very thorough and are flexible with schedule request. They are actually very friendly and personable. They've been great.

Simeona was very easy to set up an appointment with. She was very nice and showed up on time. She brought an assistant who was also nice and did a good job. She brought her own cleaning equipment, but would use mine if preferred. She did a great job and I would use her again.

Quite well except that had they done what I describe above (not done) it would have been too expensive for me. Ms. Torres was on time and is very professional and anxious to do a good job. The "friend" helper did not seem to work as fast as she did.

Simi has been cleaning my house since 1971, which should be enough to know. She and her assistant are punctual, friendly, honest, and responsible. She is legal. She will follow instructions, but I usually let her follow her own instincts. I get what I pay for, and then some. On top of all that, she is personable, "spunky," and very intelligent. I am glad to continue using her services.

Has done an absolutely awesome job. Will do whatever you ask her to do, including change sheets on bed, load/unload dishwasher, laundry. Extremely hard worker. Very pleasant. We employ her weekly, and she has never cancelled. Dependable, thorough, has never broken anything, will use her own cleaning products when we run out and forget to buy more.

I called Simeona for assistance on remediation cleaning of a small bungalow and attached studio apartment property. I explained that the house was in very dirty condition. She stated she could do the job and had the manpower and equipment. I asked her to come by, evaluate, and give me an estimate on deep cleaning both spaces. I explained that this was not a normal housecleaning job. She would have to use stronger chemicals and give both spaces a complete scrub down. She said she understood. She gave me a price for each space. I agreed to let her and her assistant do the studio space first. I wanted to see how she worked. She did a decent job in the one room studio, so I decided to hire her for the bungalow the next day. After she left, I inspected the studio further and noticed that she did not clean several areas in the space. The next day when she arrived with two assistants, I showed her the places she missed the day before. She said she'd take care of it. They started cleaning the bungalow and she told me that some of the spots would probably not come off. I used a scrub brush and bleach cleaner and showed her how it would clean. Again I explained that this was a deep cleaning job and not light housekeeping cleaning. I asked her if she needed stronger cleaners and/or any tools. She asked for gloves and masks and more cleaner solutions. I went to the store and purchased them. They never used the gloves and took the masks. I was also working at the site. I was in the process of completing my work of emptying the remainder of household items for the last two days. After about 1 hour into cleaning, she came over to me and said that she would not clean the living room. They would only finish the kitchen. If I wanted the living room done, I would now have to wait till the next day and pay extra for it. Her attitude was not friendly or professional. I then stopped my work and began to deep clean the kitchen myself. I had to show her assistants how to clean the cabinets better. They finished the kitchen and she stated "Senora, I have to go - I'm tired, I'm done". I paid the agreed amount - but felt that I did not deserve her rudeness and poor attitude. She left without completing the bungalow and never finished the spots I pointed out to her to clean in the studio. She walked away and left me with the rest of the cleaning to do myself. I had a deadline showing of the house the following morning. After a 12-hour day, I had to finish the cleaning myself. I was saddened by the experience. I have faith in AngeisList as a resource, but I was very disappointed with her service.

Simi has been cleaning my home for more than ten years. She is very thorough and welcomes feedback, always interested to know how she can tailor her work to my needs. (For instance, I pay her extra to iron, and am quite specific about how Iike collars handled.) She tries to be accommodating with her schedule, especially if I have guests coming or need something out of the ordinary done (like windows). She is very careful with my things and is environmentally conscientious. I have recommended her to six neighbors, five are now happy "regulars."
